The quartet were currently residing in Grimmauld Place as things had finally started to calm down for the first time the entire evening. Whilst Hermione and Ron were distracted by each other's presence by the piano in the large house, Harry dragged Aishwarya upstairs to his room. He then proceeded to shut his door and drag her with him to sit on the edge of his bed. He then pulls out the velvet black box Aishwarya gave him from his drawer on his bedside table and proceeds to sit next to the small girl. He opens the box to reveal a silver ring with a stag imprinted on it. "What is it?" he proceeds to ask the girl in front of him.
Aishwarya then goes on to explain "In fifth year, Sirius gave me this ring to give to you when the time was right. It was preciously James' and all the maruaders had one personally made to keep them close to one another, even if they weren't physically."
Overwhelmed with emotion, Harry brings himself to say, "I'm sorry," he then goes on, "I only broke up with you to protect you, I couldn't handle another person I love dying because of me after Sirius so, I thought it was for the best," he was prepared to continue his rant when Aishwarya boldly kissed him to shut him up. The two were now engaged in a battle of dominance which, eventually, Harry won though Aishwarya put up a good fight. When she realised her actions, Aishwarya pulled away to which Harry was like "What was that for?"
"I think it's been long overdue," replied the flustered girl, quietly.
Harry, becoming rather cocky, replied "Yeah it has," and smiles, for the first time in a long while down, at the girl in front of him. In a moment of boldness, he pick ups the small girl by her waist and throws her against his bed leaving a rather amused Aishwarya.
"What do you say to another birthday present?"
"What?"
Aishwarya having had enough of the boy's cluelessness pull him down by his hair and reattaches her lips to his and starts heavily making out with him. She then proceeds to pull away leaving her lips lingering on his and says, "Like that kind." Understanding what the beautiful girl underneath his was getting at, Harry cast a silencing spell around the room and made sure to lock his door before crashing his lips down to the girl enaging in another battle of dominance between the two.
The next morning, Aishwarya woke up to arms wrapped around her midriff and opens her eyes to be faced with a sleepy Harry, "Morning love," he states to which she simply kisses his cheek in response. The events of last night flooded back into the girl's memory and if she was being honest, she didn't regret it one bit. Getting up, Aishwarya grabbed her discarded clothers from the floor and tried to sneak out of Harry's room without getting caught but, proved unsuccessful.
"Finally! We've had enough of all this angst and sexual tension between you two," she heard Ron and Hermione say with huge smiles on their faces.
A/N: This picture isn't exactly what I imagined Harry's ring to look like but it's the closest I could find.
