I woke up in the morning tired and went to take shower. My eyes where baggy and I looked like a shit. After shower I put on my black leggings and black oversized top and and black vans and went downstairs.

"Wow honey you look like shit", my aunt said

"Well that's because I feel like shit my dear aunt"

"You can skip class today"

"Don't worry I can manage"

"We got the invitation today from the Alpha"

"To...?"

"For Jace's birthday and everyone have to attend so that he can find his mate"

"Well my dear aunt we are not going"

"Why"

"Can't you see I'm sick"

"But everyone have to attend"

"Well I'm not"

"Ruby this is your chance to find your mate too"

"Don't worry I have already found him"

"Really?", she asked me with a smile that reaches her ears

"Yup"

"Who is he"

"Jace"

"Jace McGregor the future alpha?"

"Yup"

"Ruby you are the future Luna"

"Nop", I answered shaking my head

"What do you mean?"

"What I mean is he rejected me"

"Oh honey"

"Don't worry about it, I'm fine. The only thing you can help me with is painkillers for when he sleep with his she wolf"

"Ok honey"

"And aunt you can't confront him about it, we don't want to end up as rogues"

She nodded and I left to school. My day went on as usually and people where talking about the ball on Saturday and I just didn't care. I was walking to the cafeteria during break with my earphones on listening to music and I saw Jace with Wendy and their friends but I pretended as I didn't see them.

I went to the cafeteria and buy food and went to sit by the window on an empty table. I was looking outside, I decided to try and talk to Ashley

"Ashley"

*.....*

"Ash"

*What?*

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that"

*It's Ok, I just realised you might be 18 but you are still immatured*

"Are you insulting me?"

*Am I?*

" where do you think we should go after high school?"

*What about aunt?*

"You are right"

*You know you are a worrior right?*

"How can I forget that"
