Kim Taeyeon basked in the warmth of the moment, her heart fluttering as she embraced her boyfriend, Dean. His presence felt like a comforting cocoon, wrapping around her and easing away any worries or stresses that might have accumulated during his absence. The room was filled with a sense of calm and contentment as they lay together on the bed, their bodies entwined in a comfortable and intimate embrace."You're still sleepy, aren't you?" Taeyeon's sweet voice filled the air as she nestled herself close to Dean. Looking at him whose eyes were closed, she couldn't help but think he didn't get enough sleep.
"It's already evening, I can get enough sleep later," Dean's voice was slightly hoarse from sleep, but there was a hint of playfulness in his tone.
"Take a nap at least, we can stay awake all night. You sleep again and I will prepare our dinner. What do you wanna eat?" Taeyeon's voice was honeyed, her genuine concern evident as she spoke.
"You," Dean's response was husky, carrying a teasing undertone that made Taeyeon's cheeks turn a shade of crimson.
"Kwon Hyuk!" Taeyeon's voice was a mixture of warning and embarrassment, but her affection for him was unmistakable.
"What?" Dean's innocent response was accompanied by a tight hug, pulling her even closer to him. "I just missed you so bad," he whispered in a way that could melt anyone's heart.
Their eyes locked in an intimate gaze, and the air between them seemed charged with an unspoken longing. As if moved by an invisible force, their faces drew closer, their lips mere breaths apart. The anticipation hung in the air, making Taeyeon's heart race.
Dean's lips captured hers in a tender and passionate kiss. Her fingers instinctively found their way into his hair, deepening the connection between them. The sensation of his lips moving against hers sent shivers down her spine, igniting a fire within her that only he could spark.
In that moment, everything else faded away, leaving only the two of them, their shared emotions, and the promise of more cherished moments to come. The room was filled with the soft symphony of their breaths and the steady beating of their hearts, as they lost themselves in each other's embrace, finding solace and joy in each other's presence.
In an instant, their positions shifted, and Dean was now hovering over Taeyeon on the bed. She could feel the soft gray sheets against her back as his lips continued to passionately explore hers, sending waves of desire through her entire body. The world around them seemed to fade away, leaving only the intoxicating sensation of their shared kiss.
Taeyeon's senses were in a state of overload as Dean's kisses grew more fervent. The taste of him was a heady mix of sweetness and longing, a cocktail that made her head spin with desire.
Responding to his passion, Taeyeon reciprocated with equal fervor. His lips trailed a path from hers to her jaw, and down to the sensitive skin of her throat. A soft moan escaped her lips as his touch ignited a fiery sensation within her.
"Dean..." The sound of her voice was a mixture of longing and urgency, expressing her unspoken desires.
His hands, which had been on her waist, began a journey upwards, his thumbs brushing tantalizingly beneath her chest. The sensations he stirred within her were both exhilarating and overwhelming.
But just as the intensity reached its peak, he broke the kiss and locked eyes with her, his lips curling into a mischievous smile. "Let's stop here," he declared.
Taeyeon stared at him in a mixture of surprise and frustration, her lips parting to protest. "Yah Kwon Hyuk!" she whined, her pout and crossed arms giving her an adorably sulky look.
He chuckled at her reaction, clearly amused. "You're so unbelievable, seriously," she chided playfully.
Dean's explanation caught her attention, and she uncrossed her arms, giving him an inquisitive look. "If I obliged, we won't be able to eat an actual dinner, and I don't want you to feel hungry. I'm still in the right mind right now, so come on, let's make our food together," he reasoned, his voice gentle and sweet.
Taeyeon couldn't help but soften at his words. He held out his hand, which she eagerly took. With his help, she stood up from the bed, and they walked hand in hand out of the bedroom, heading downstairs.
As they descended the staircase, Dean's words took her by surprise. "You invited them over because you thought I wouldn't come home today?" she asked, her brows knitting together in confusion as she looked up at him.
"To be precise, I only called Heechul oppa, but it just happened that Baekhyun was also with him when I called, so he joined us. I only found out they were here when they arrived. I had no idea oppa was with someone," Taeyeon explained.
Dean's question caught her off guard, and she halted in her steps, looking at him with a mix of surprise and confusion. "Do you feel awkward around each other?" he inquired.
"I feel more awkward about the fact that my boyfriend is talking about my ex," she retorted with a wry smile.
"What's the matter? It's normal for two people to talk about each other's past," he replied innocently, earning a chuckle from Taeyeon. His response was typical of Dean's straightforward nature.
"No, it's not. You're really something else," she teased, playfully rolling her eyes at his unconventional way of looking at things.
However, before she could react further, Dean took the lead, and this time, she found herself being pulled along. She stumbled slightly as he moved swiftly, and soon enough, she was sitting on the table between the kitchen and the living room. Dean's swift actions had placed her there.
He positioned himself between her thighs, his face drawing closer to hers. Taeyeon's heart raced as his hands settled on either side of her waist, sending shivers down her spine. She looked up at him, her eyes wide with anticipation.
His proximity was intoxicating, and she could feel his warm breath against her skin. "Is it also weird if I say I'm getting jealous?" he asked, his voice husky with emotion.
"It's the first time you've admitted to being jealous," Taeyeon replied, her voice slightly breathless. She noted that Dean rarely spoke about his feelings of jealousy, even though there were times when he had reason to feel that way. After all, her ex-boyfriend had just been at their home moments ago.
"I know. I just can't help it, he's your--"
"I love you," Taeyeon whispered.
Those three words held immense power, capable of shifting the course of conversations and emotions. Her declaration lingered in the air, carrying a weight that could be felt by both of them, especially by Dean.
He smiled in response, his eyes reflecting his affection before he leaned in, capturing her lips in a passionate kiss. Taeyeon closed her eyes, lost in the feeling of their connection, the electricity that sparked between them.
His kisses trailed down her neck, igniting a fire within her, but her attention was abruptly diverted as she noticed movement nearby. Her eyes snapped open, and her gaze locked onto a figure standing in the doorway, the person they had been discussing earlier.
Her heart pounded in her chest as she recognized the expression on his face – a mix of sadness, confusion, and perhaps a hint of frustration. The air grew heavy with tension as he clenched his fists, his emotions playing out in the subtle gestures of his hands.
Dean, sensing her sudden change in demeanor, followed her gaze to the intruder. His lips left her skin as he turned to look, a slight frown forming on his face.
"U-uhm... H-Heechul hyung accidentally left this, so he asked me to get it back," Baekhyun stammered, his voice tense. "I... I called a few times but no one's answering, so I just entered. S-sorry for interrupting you, I'm g-going."
His voice wavered, and Taeyeon's heart clenched as she observed him. She couldn't ignore the tear that glistened in his eye before he turned and swiftly left, clutching Heechul's iPad.
As the door closed behind him, an uneasy silence hung in the room. Taeyeon's mind raced with thoughts, and she exchanged a look with Dean, her own emotions mirrored in his eyes. The unspoken question lingered in the air – the question she dared not put into words.
