Narrator- A couple days had passed and Marinette found herself a job so she could get some money to get her own apartment, and Adrien returned back home.
"I can't wait until you start showing" Alya said excitingly. Marinette chuckles "Me too" Marinette replied. "You should go now, I have work in 30 minutes" Marinette said. "I don't understand, Adrien is loaded why didn't you just let him buy you guys an apartment?" Alya asked. "I don't wanna use him like that I wanna earn it" Marinette said. "Ok, I'll see you tomorrow" Alya said giving her a hug. "See you" Marinette replied as she hugged her Back.
Time skip to night time...
"Hey sweetie" Sabine greeted Marinette as she walked in the bakery. "Hey Mom, where's dad?" Marinette answered. "He fell asleep" Sabine answered. "Oh ok" Marinette replied. "How's the little pumpkin doing?" Sabine asked. "She's ok, Me and Adrien go to the first ultrasound next week" Marinette said. "That's good" Sabine said. Marinette gave her a smile " I'm exhausted, I'm gonna go to sleep" Marinette said. "Ok night honey" Sabine said. "Night mom" Marinette said then went to her room. Marinette took all her stuff off and changed her clothes and laid down on her bed until someone appeared in her room. "Chat?" Marinette said.
"Can I crash here" Chat noir asked. "Yeah of course" Marinette said while moving over so he could lay down. "What happened?" Marinette asked. "Claws in" Chat noir said as he settled himself on the bed. "My father...I can't be around him right now" Adrien said while turning towards her. "Ok that's understandable" Marinette said. "How's our little one" Adrien asked while putting his hands on Marinette's stomach. "She's ok" Marinette said. "She?" Adrien asked. "I have a feeling it's a girl" Marinette said. Adrien chuckles "A little girl" Adrien said softly. Marinette relaxed herself in his arms and fell asleep and he soon did too.
The next morning...
"Oh, Hey Adrien" Sabine said as Him and Marinette walked downstairs. "Hi" Adrien replied. "You know your always welcome here but please let us know" Sabine said. "Oh I'm sorry I was just having some issues with my father and it was kinda late" Adrien said. Sabine smiles "It's ok now you too don't be late for school" Sabine said, and they two waved goodbye and left for school.
At school...
"Dupain-Cheng" Chloe said storming up to Marinette. "Yes Chloe" Marinette replied. "There is an rumor going around that you are pregnant with my Adrikins baby, is it true?" Chloe asked.
"Between us girl Chloe, it is true and someday I hope we can be friends Chloe" Marinette said. "Friends? Why would you ever wanna be friends with me" Chloe asked. "Your not a bad person Chloe, I just think your sad and you need more friends and love" Marinette said. Chloe hugs her "I guess your right" Chloe said. Marinette chuckles and pulls out of the hug "So friends?" Marinette asked. "Friends" Chloe said. Bell rings "Come on" Marinette said.
After school....
"Marinette why can't you just let me buy the apartment, I don't like the idea of you working while pregnant" Adrien said. "Adrien I'm fine" Marinette
Said. "I know but still" Adrien said. "Kitty I'm fine" Marinette said then gave him a quick kiss on the lips. "Ok I'll see you tomorrow" Adrien said. "Your going back home?" Marinette asked. "Yeah" Adrien said. "I hope everything gets better with you and your father" Marinette said. "I do too" Adrien said then left her house.
Time skip to the doctors appointment...
"You guys ready to see it?" The doctor asked, and Adrien and Marinette grabbed each other's and a gave the doctor a nod. "Alright here's the baby" The doctor said putting it on the screen. Adrien felt tears come in eyes as he looked at his baby and his grip got tighter on Marinette's hand.
"I'll give you guys some privacy" The doctor said then left the room. "She has your nose" Marinette said. Adrien let out a soft cry, "Are you crying" Marinette asked. "Sorry, this is just such a beautiful moment" Adrien said. Marinette smiles "Your such a baby" Marinette said jokingly. "Hey don't judge" Adrien chuckled. "I'm just messing with you" Marinette said then looked back at the screen to look at her baby. "What if I'm like my father?" Adrien asked. "Adrien your not like your dad at all, Your kind, loving, selfless, and your a superhero for god sakes" Marinette said. "I love you so much" Adrien said. "I love you too, now let's go get some food" Marinette said. Adrien chuckles "Anything you want" Adrien said.
