so i have some sleeping problems and listening to music really helps because i can focus on it
but i can't take my phone upstairs
my mom hates that
and the miserable fact that my phone has the stupid screentime
(I download mp3s to the files app)
when i talk about sleep problems, i'm not talking about not-being-able-to-sleep-until-4-am or waking-up-in-the-night-4-times-on-average
i'm just talking about all the thoughts in my head that makes me go crazy(meaning i have trouble falling asleep), waking up at night, and being really tired when i'm woken up, no matter how early i fall asleep
anyone have some suggestions that don't include phones or computers and stuff like that?
cuz my mom's really mad at me for sleeping like 11 hours and not being really energetic when she woke me up this morning
