The Gifted (PangWave)

Chapter 1

This is after Pang and his friends lost first time and Pang regained his memories:

Pang's pov

I can't believe we have lost. What did we do wrong? Why did we lost?

Right now I am sitting in my dorm room thinking of our past mistake that lead us to lose.

After sitting for almost an hour I looked at the clock. 2:10 am??!!! SHIAA! I didn't even realise how late I am. With a sigh I went to bed.

Next morning in the Gifted class:

"Ai'Pang? Are you okay? You don't look fine. Did you even sleep yesterday?" Ohm asked looking at my dark circles. I just smiled and lay my head on my desk. How can I say that I am really disappointed at myself for the lose? I looked at everyone's face. Even they are looking totally normal but I know how tired and disappointed they are.

Thinking this I looked at Wave..... seeing his tired eyes I felt pain in my heart. I don't like to see him sad....I don't know why. So I just turn around to talk to him but then...

"Good morning students, I hope you guys are ok.." Mr. Pom said glancing at everyone and stoping at me. I know he is also feeling really guilty. But still we all have to act normal. "*Sigh* Ok so class there is a special announcement today which I have to give you directly. A new student is coming to this Gifted class. The student just arrived and is coming in a moment." I am really confused. Didn't the Gifted program just selects students with potential? So how did a new student came to our class without any placement test? "I know what you guys are thinking..." Mr. Pom said. "Don't worry, that student is Gifted. That student came from USA. I don't know that much about that student but just know that it is a Gifted student and director specially tested that." Already the Director is a big problem and now this? Wait! If the director specially tested that student then it must be a trap for us. What if that student is coming for dividing us? To create fights and totally destroy us? Panicking I looked at Wave...I don't want to lose my friends and specially Wave... don't know why.

Suddenly the door opened and everyone looked there. A girl with glasses came to the room. She has light brown hair tied in a ponytail, red bordered round glasses and a really shy but friendly smile. But she doesn't look like a foreigner.

"Students, this is the new student Nate Taweepong (YAY! my entry!). She is Thai but went to USA for her personal problem. Nate please introduce yourself." Mr. Pom gave an encouraging smile. She doesn't look bad at all.

"Hi guys...." We can see she is nervous. "Myself Nate Taweepong and my potential is to able to see past and future I think. I actually don't know as I am not really good at that right now as I didn't know about that. When the director told me about my potential I was really confused. But then he told me about you guys, so I kind of believe it now. And I am really excited to learn from you guys and Mr. Pom. I really hope you will help me." She gave us a really cute smile that shows dimple like me (I have dimple on one side but it's obviously not like our Pang/Nanon. I LOVE his dimples😍).

"Hi Nate! I am Ohm and welcome to our class." Obviously our most friendly person brightly smiled at her. "Hi Ohm. Director told me about your potential. That you can make things disappear, right?" After hearing Director's name our blood ran cold. But Ohm still smiled and nodded. "That's really cool!" Nate exclaimed with joy. "I have a question Nate. Why r u here in the middle of the month? Are you the director's relative?" Wave questioned. I don't disagree. I also want to know why. Nate scratched her head, "well... actually I live with my big brother. When I was little my mom and dad died in a car accident. Then one day something happened to my brother. So I had to drop out of the my school and I went to USA for my brother's treatment. I had to stay there and I did my elementary education there. Now my brother is kinda alright. So I came back now. Then I came to this college to ask about placement test. Then suddenly that strange noise started playing. Then the director came from nowhere and suddenly said that I can come from next day. I got happy and came today."

We all listened to her really carefully. I don't think she is lying. She looks too innocent for that (I am not lying Pang😭 I am not bad😭). "Where is your brother now?" Mr. Pom asked. "He is still not well. So he can't go anywhere." We nodded. I don't have any bad feeling towards her. But still I have to be careful. Anything can happen.

"Alright! So show us your potential." Mr. Pom said excitedly. She immediately felt nervous. I can see that. She looked at Mr. Pom and closed her eyes. We waited. After one minute she opened her eyes and said, "Mr. Pom, there is something really good gonna happen to you. It's not clear what but exact three months later it will happen." Nate said smiling. Mr. Pom also smiled a little and said, "I will definitely wait for it. But you know na you have to show your potential like right now?" I looked at her and saw that she started to get confused. I thought for a second and hurriedly said, " why don't you tell us something about past incident that can show your potential?" She smiled at me. I nodded.

Then Nate closed her eyes and after some time opened it. "You lost your best friend." Everyone get shocked including me, how did she know? "I think his name is Nac and you lost him because of Gifted program. Is it?" She looked at me with glossy eyes. I can see her tears that are threatening to fall. I just nodded and smiled to ensure her. She also nodded.

"Ok, we saw your potential. It's actually really powerful. Keep practicing." Mr. Pom distracted us with a smile and continued to teach. I think if she is not with director then we can get so much help from her. Maybe she will help us and we also find a great friend in the process. Let's just see what will happen...
