In the last three months, the number of woman missing cases have increased at an alarming rate. All the sub district cases are being transferred to Seoul Police Department. The SPD investigation team believes even though they appear individual every single case is interlinked at a deeper level.
The first common thread is that all the missing women were married. The kidnapper seems like following a pattern. Violent crimes department advices woman to be with a trusted companion whenever leaving house after sunset until the person is caught. Issued in public interest.
