Chapter 12- How Danny & Jacky Met

Foxy's Pov

Ever since Chii got mad at us this morning, we all felt guilty. Especially me. I sighed as I sat alone in my pirate cove. "I should go to the lass's house and apologize." I thought out loud and stood up. I turned to human form and walked out pirate cove. When I walked out, I saw Danny and I think his girlfriend cause he had his arm around her waist.

I walked towards then and tapped on Danny's shoulder. He turned and smiled at me. "Hey Foxy, what up?" He asked and I looked down with my ears flattening on my head. "Did something happen with you and Chii?" He asked sadly and I nodded. "Oh, I don't think you guys met. This is Jacky, my girlfriend." He said and Jacky turned around with a smile.

"Hey." She said and I waved. "Let's sit down." Danny said and I nodded. When all three of us sat down, they both looked at me. "Yesterday, Chii brought Gold with her and we all overreacted so she got mad at all of us." I explained and they both nodded. "Do you guys hate Gold?" Danny asked and I nodded.

"He's the one that murdered the five kids." I whispered to him. "Are you sure. Maybe it was a misunderstanding." He said and I glared at the floor. "I just don't want her to be mad at me. I love her." I whispered the last part and they both smirked. "How did you two meet?" I asked them and they both smiled at each other. "It was a rainy day...." He started

Flashback ~ Danny's Pov

I was walking through the rain with a sweater, scarf and an umbrella. While I was walking, I saw a girl sitting along on a bench. No sweater, no umbrella, just getting soaking wet. When I got closer, I noticed tears mixed in with rain drops.

I put my umbrella over her. She looked up with red eyes. I smiled down at her. "Why are you just sitting in the rain with nothing to keep you dry?" I asked with a frown. She started sniffing and looked down. "I-I was r-running a-away-" before she could finish, a guy with black hair and brown eyes came running.

"There you are!! Get you ass over here!!" He yelled and grabbed her wrist roughly. "Hey let her go!!" I yelled and he glared at me. "Or what huh?" He asked with a death glare. I punched his face and started beating him up. After, I grabbed the girl and ran away.

We stopped and tried to catch our breath. "Who was that?" I asked her. "My ex-boyfriend. I dumped him a few hours ago before I ran away from him." She said and smiled at me. "Thank you." She said and I smiled back. "No problem. Here." I said and took off my sweater and scarf then put them on her.

She looked up at me and hugged me. "Thank you so much." She said while crying. I hugged her back. "I never caught your name." I said and she looked up at me. "My names Jacky. What's yours?" She asked. "My names Danny. It's nice to meet you." I said and we smiled at each other.

Flash back over ~ Foxy's Pov

"And ever since that day, we were best friends. Then one day I asked her out and she said yea." Danny said while wrapping his arm around Jacky's waist with a grin. She smiled at him and they looked at me. I sighed. "Ye guys make it sound so easy." I whined. "Just apologize and explain." Jacky said and I nodded.

I stood up and looked at them. "Thanks fellas." I said with a big smile and ran towards Chii's house.
