Never in a million years Yuxin would think that the mere sound of a heavy door slamming and closing isolating all the unwanted sound could ever feel so blissful. The loud headache that intensified in irregular waves was most definitely killing the tranquil looking space the over the top hotel suit provided her.

It was too much, Yuxin had previously complained against the event organizers who unbendingly imposed on all their guesses who would perform on the stage that kind of retreat. It was a full day show and Yuxin finished her performances along with her old group with a reunion stage after their individual performances scattered during the day.

Her feet dragged themselves on the heated stone floor and later on the fluffy rug close to the bed. The gigantic mattress was quite high and spacious. Some would find it lavish some would find exaggerated and Yuxin thought the latest. At least it was great to splash her clothing around to her will with no consequences for later when sleep would call her.

Yuxin took her time removing her many layers of clothing, the more she took the wetter the next layer was. The half-dried sweat was sticking the fabric to her skin and she desperately needed a deep bath to cleanse both the body and the mind, if possible. Many accessories were also taken off with care and discarded on a side table close to the bed.

Thankfully her room was on a higher level inside the tall skyscraper building and the tinted windows going all the way from the floor to the ceiling not only offered much needed privacy but also the most breathtaking view of the nightlife in the never-ending city line. It was a priceless sight indeed but it did nothing to warm her now naked body so Yuxin was quick to turn the hot water on to fill the feet less stone tub.

While she waited a small sound came from the bedroom, popping her head inside the room she heard it again, now clearly.

"Gaga~"

It was a small yet very distinguishable sound of a recording of Lu Keran's voice, her old groupmate, saying her infamous gaga. The sound was added to her phone as a message notification for, you could easily guess it, the said girl herself.

Unlocking her phone only confirmed further as "Keke" popped into her screen.

Yuxin smiled reading the messages, she knew Keran was only saying that because Yuxin would treat her anytime to food regardless. She would do it without regrets, not even after counting the numbers on the meal bill.

Conversation went on non-stop since Keran and Yuxin where always on different time zones and packed schedules did not help in the slightest. Tonight, was a rare occasion where even a bit of tiredness could not stop the two girls from catching up.
