Tangled in the Great Escape

It was almost the end of Warped Tour and nothing had happened yet. You were still on edge but you thought that maybe everything would be alright. You would perform with your 'band' then sneak back to Vic and the guys. You found out a few months into the tour that your 'band' knew about the mission. They had asked you if you met Vic yet or planned a way to take him out. You had lied and said you were planning it and would do it the day tour ended so no one would think it was you. They all thought it was a great plan and now you had to be careful with who saw you and Vic together. You knew they would find out you were lying or think you were going to fall for him and not go through with the mission.

You were walking around the venue looking for Vic or some of the guys when you finally saw Vic. You started running over to him but stopped in your tracks when you saw the last person you ever wanted to see again.. your 'Boss' was walking towards Vic. You panicked and didn't know if it was best to grab Vic and run or just turn around and pretend you didn't see anything.

As you were about to hide to watch what happened you saw your 'Boss' walk over to Vic and fist bump him. You were so confused as to what was happening. They knew each other? Why would you need to kill Vic though? You decided to walk over to them, "Hey Vic. I was just looking for you and the guys.", You look over at your 'Boss' "Who is your friend?" you ask.

Vic smiles, "This is my friend . Christofer this is my-"

"I'm his friend (Y/N)" you said, cutting Vic off.

You knew that was a bad mistake because he looked right at you. You looked away a bit and then started talking to Vic, "Mike told me to come get you. He said something about you guys going out for a guys night out or something like that?" You lied, hoping he would believe you and went with you.

"Okay. Bye Chris. I'll see you around man." Vic says.

Chris nods, "Yeah sure man. It was nice meeting you (Y/N)" he says with a small glare. Fuck. You knew you needed to find out why he wanted Vic killed and you needed to find out now. You grabbed Vic by his arm and pulled him away towards the buses, "so who was that?" You ask Vic.

"Oh Chris. He is one of my friends. I've known him for years. Why?" Vic asks.

You look at him, "Remember what I told you.. about my mission..?" you said slowly.

Vic raises his eyebrow and nods, "Yeah.. what about it?" he asks slowly.

"Your friend.. Chris.. He is my 'Boss'.." You say slowly as you look into his eyes.

Vic doesn't register what you said at first but when he does his eyes widen, "Wh-What..?!"

"Vic... why would he want you killed?" You ask him. Vic looks at you and that is when you see something click in his head. You realize something big must have happened and you hope he tells you before it is too late to save him or yourself from the wrath of Christopher, your so called 'Boss'.
