A little girl's body was there, in the back of the school, and her blood was spill out of her.

Midoriya felt something inside her snap as her green emerald eyes turned into a bloody red color, and her outfit changed into her nurse outfit, but something was wrong.

It was her usual white and green nurse clothing, but it was red and black.

Midoriya closed her eyes as she took a deep breath and then opened them again.

"Well, well, well~.. seems like I've gotta take care of this body." Midoriya said as she squat down to the body.

She pulled out a needle as she stabbed it into the dead body, as her surrounding became dark, but then it showed stars sparkling in the dark.

The girl's soul appeared as she looked around and she looked terrified.

"W-where am I?!" She said as she started to panick.

"Hey!" Midoriya shouted as the girl jolted and looked at Midoriya.

"W-who are you?" She asked as Midoriya sighed.

"You don't need to know who I am, your soul is slowly disappearing so is there anything you want to get off your chest?" Midoriya said bluntly, as the girl nodded.

"I was bullied by some very mean girls.. they always told me how I would be better off dead. Mommy is already struggling enough with food, and she's been buying me new toys each day.. please help her.." she asked as Midoriya sighed.

"I can't do that. But you know, you're really pretty. I don't know what else you want to hear-"

Midoriya was cut off when the little girl hugged her.

"Thank you.." The little girl said as a tear slid down her cheek.

Midoriya hugged the girl back as her soul then disappeared as she started to feel a little dizzy.

Her vision got blurry for a bit until it was back.

'What just happened- wait.. how did I do that..?'

Midoriya memories of helping the dead girl came flowing in as she didn't know what she did.

'Was that.. my other half of my quirk..?'

Midoriya decided to quickly go home to process whatever just happened as she started to run.

Midoriya got home as she started pacing back and forth in her living room as she starts to process what she just did.

"Where the hell does the body go..? I didn't see it when I came back from wherever I was.." Midoriya mumbling to herself as she decided to do more research on her quirk in the library tomorrow.

Morning came as Midoriya was up early and quickly got dressed in her nurse clothing, and quickly went to UA.

She arrived as she was pretty early and decided to take the chance to do some research on her quirk.

Having a death quirk is hardly ever gotten, but if you do have a death quirk then here is what happens.

If there is any dead body or animal near you, you will sense it and start to follow it.

You will be able to speak to that person or animal, and they will have the trust to tell you why they died and once they're done with talking about what was bothering them, their soul will disappear and their body will also disappear with no trace.

Some side effects is the dizziness and maybe memory loss, but some don't get the memory loss.

Midoriya stopped reading as he put the book away.

"So I have a death quirk..?" She said to herself as she looked down at her hands.

She started to question her quirk, as she decided not to worry about it since it rarely appears.

She went back to work to get her mind off of her quirk as the other Pro Heros arrived at UA, and got to work.
