With Hoteye...

Walking up to the Raven Tail members, I looked at them with determination in my eyes.

"So you are the infamous Hoteye, member of the Oación Sies, it is a honour to meet someone of the Balam Alliance," Alexei greet.

"Likewise. Let's start a clean battle with no hard feelings, shall we? After all, it's just a game," I smiled towards the members. Y/n has already given me warnings about Ravel Tail. So if anything happens, I know what to expect.

"Hmm, we shall..." As soon as he said that, the gong went off and we charged at each other. Well...at least that what the audience can see.

"An illusion? What's it for?" I asked seeing my fake-self being hitting repeatedly.

"Let's make a deal shall we? You join my guild, and I will grant you anything you wish. Money? Power? Anything...as long as you betray Y/n" Alexis offered. I stared at him for a couple of minutes before laughing.

"Haha, what makes you think that I'll betray the guild master for power or money. If anything, Y/n has thought me that if I want something, I can earn it myself I don't need you to give it to me. So if you think that I'm gonna betray name like that, you got it wrong." I told him with confidence.

"Urghh, why not?! Join my guild and we can take down Y/n together. Join my guild and we won't have to fight, I'll bale it seem like you have won the battle even if you didn't leave a finger. " Alexis insist.

"Even if I were to 'join' your guild, we would still lose to her. Don't underestimate what power Y/n has. You won't stand a chance..." I glared at him.

"So be it..." With a snap of his finger, Flare came towards me.

"Hair shower: Wolf Fang!!" Her hair shapes into a red like a wolf and charged at me. As soon as it was about to cut me, I stepped to the side and cast a spell.

"Dark rock: Sharp Edges!" I lifted rocks from the ground shape them into shards before charging them towards Flare. Shredding the wolf and cutting her hair short.

"No! My hair!!" Flare screamed, but before she could regenerate her hair, I knock her unconscious.

"Sandstorm!" I shield my eyes to prevent the sand from getting in. Taking that chance, Kurohebi used another spell.

"Sandstorm: Sand Rebellion!" He ran towards me and strike me with full force. Fortunately, I managed to seep some black magic into the ground and control the sand that Kurohebi was using.

"Your efforts are useless, I have gone through much more training than you have ever gone," I bash my fist into his face and know his onto the ground. As soon as I looked up I was pinned onto the wall of the arena.

"Needle Magic: Needle blast!"

"Damn you did a lot of damage to the other members." Nullpudding walked up towards me after using his magic. Alexei walked up towards me and stretch his hand out, casting a spell.

"Shikigami Magic: Shikigami Dark Bomb!" Releasing a huge amount of shikigami towards me, it wraps itself around me into a spherical cluster. A few seconds later, I was hit by a powerful wave of Dark Magic. Taking the chance, I absorb the Dark Magic and refilled my magic.

"Earth Magic: Liquid Ground!" I cast towards the members liquefy the ground beneath them and pulling them down. About to cast my secret art, I was suddenly drained of magic. Falling to my knees, I struggled to stand up by fell limp.

'Dammit...Obra must have cancelled my magic' I thought as I was loosing conscious

"How pathetic...I expected so much from you as a member of the oración Sies. This is the end..." I clenched my eyes tight waiting for the impact only to feel a blast of magic towards me. Feeling my Magic restoring, I cast a spell to protect me.

'I should take this chance to do my secret art.' Closing my eyes I concentrate all my magic to my palms before chanting.

"Dark earth dragon secret art: Splintered Storm-shards!!" Levitating millions on rocks from the ground, I shape them into shards before rotating them towards the Ravel Tail members, clapping my hands together, I sent the shards flying towards them causing critical damage. Knocking them unconscious.

"Outstanding!! And we have a winner Hoteye has defeated Raven Tail and came in fifth place!" The MC shouted. I looked around me wondered.

'was that Y/n's magic that saves my life?"
