Mark's 18th Birthday Part 1

(A/N Hey gang so this is an arc I'm calling Mark's 18th Birthday.)

(Mark's P.O.V.)

So it's been a few weeks since The Friendship Games and a lot has happened. Sci-Twi transferred to Canterlot High, Twilight became the new Gatekeeper, Principal Cinch was arrested and Dean Cadence became the new headmaster of Crystal Prep Academy.

I was excited because I'm turning 18 on Friday and I'm really stoked.

Right now my team and I were currently fighting our toughest opponent yet, I tried striking him with my magi staff, but he struck me in the chest throwing me into the air de-morphing me and and the last thing I remembered was the monster disappearing, my friends screaming my name and then everything went black.

(Dusk's P.O.V.)

After we saw Mark get thrown onto the ground and when we found him unconscious we knew that we had to do something. So we called an ambulance to take Mark to the ER. We called Mark's family and explained the situation to them and they said that they'd meet us at the hospital. When we got to the hospital we were all sitting in the waiting room waiting for any news about Mark's condition. We called, Mark's family to let them know that he was in the hospital. After what felt like an eternity, Mark's doctor came out and he gave us an update.

Mark's Doctor: Mark Russell?

We all stood up as the doctor came over to us.

Sunset: How is he?

Mark's Doctor: Your friends appears to be in some sort of Coma at the moment.

After we heard that Mark was in a coma our hearts just sank.

Nick: Can we see him?

The doctor nodded as he led, me, Sunset, Nick and Maddie to Mark's hospital room, when we got there we saw him laying in the bed, hooked up to all kinds of machines and he was still unconscious.

Mark's Doctor: He's stable but his brain patterns are all over the place. All we can do now is just wait and hope for the best.

Maddie, Sunset, Nick and I sat down on the chairs next to Mark's bed and Nick and Maddie grabbed a hold of Mark's hands.

Sunset: Come on Mark, wake up.

Nick: Come on son.

We all began to wonder what was going on inside Mark's head.

(Mark's P.O.V.)

When I woke up I saw that I was back in the Mystic Forest and I was wearing my training gear.

Mark: Where am I? GUYS?! HELLO?! I don't get it I thought I was in a coma.

???: You are.

I turned to the voice and I saw a teenage version of my father walking up to me in his old training gear.

Mark: What the?

Nick: It's been a while son?

Mark: Dad? What are you doing here?

Nick: Are you surprised you brought yourself here?

Mark: What Are you talking about?

Nick: You've been brought here to fight to survive. Can you do that without your Ranger Powers?

I got into a fighting stance.

Mark: Bring it old man.

Nick: Oh I'll bring it. MAGICAL SOURCE MYSTIC FORCE!
