"Tetsu, c'mon! You said we could eat outside today!" You whined following behind your best friend who was pulling you through the cafeteria.

"I know, I know, we will." He laughed at you, "I just need to talk to Kirishima about the internship. It'll be quick!" He promised with a bright smile. Ke knew. He knew exactly what he was doing. He didn't have to talk to Kirishima right now about the internship. They were literally going to go there together after school.

You knocked into Tetsu's back after he stopped abruptly in front of a group of people. At the table before you sat Kirishima, Kaminari, Mina, Sero, and Bakugo. Kaminari and Sero eyed you as you fixed the front of your uniform.

"K-Kirishima?" Your voice was barely above a whisper but Tetsutetsu had heard you, which made his smile grow wider. He knew about your crush on the red head. He was all you could talk about after he and Tetsu had become friends. But you were too chicken shit to ever say anything to him.

"Hey Kirishima!" Tetsu exclaimed happily. Kirishima greeted him with a wide grin and enthusiastic wave.

"What's up, Tetsutetsu?"

"Tch, what do these extras want?" Bakugo rolled his eyes without even looking up from his food. No one said a word.

You glared over Tetsu's shoulder and huffed, "Oh my fucking god." You muttered to yourself thinking no one could hear you.

Oh how wrong you were.
The group's eye's grew wide. Bakugo practically broke his chopsticks in half.

"What was that? Extra?" Bakugo put emphasis on the last word.

Oopsie. Tetsutetsu tensed in front of you, know what was about to happen.

"Oh I'm so sorry, I didn't realize I had stuttered." You replied sweetly, "I said-" you cleared your throat.

"Y/N. Don't." Tetsu tried cutting you off quietly.

"Oh. My. Fucking. God." You moved out from behind Tetsutetsu, placing your hands on the table in front of you. You could already smell the smoke rising from Bakugo's fists.

"I don't know who shoved that stick up your ass," Your voice grew quiet "But I'm sure Recovery Girl would gladly help you remove it." A smirk plastered on your face now. You could hear Mina next you gasp.

"What the hell did you just say to me?! I'll kill you!" Bakugo shot up from his seat. His fists were crackling ready to explode on you.

"No, you won't." You almost laughed in his face. Bakugo was quiet at that. No matter how badly he wanted to blow your ass up, part of him was taken aback by how you talked back to him.

Suddenly you became aware that everyone's eyes were on you and that immediately made you nervous. You stood up and looked around, heat rising up your neck.

"W-what?" You stammered.

Kirishima was the first to crack a smile, "No one's ever really talked back to Bakugo like that. It was impressive."

The heat from your neck quickly overtook your face. "Oh well, I mean... what's Bakugo really going to do? Raise his blood pressure at me? I don't get why everyone's so afraid of him."

"That's it! I'm going to kick your ass!" Bakugo shouted. Man if looks could kill you'd be a pile of ash where you stood.

Tetsutetsu grabbed a hold of your arm and smiled sheepishly trying to drag you away, "Uh, y'know Kirishima, I'll just talk to you after class. See you later!"

You and Tetsutetsu we're halfway down the hall when he finally let go of the hold on your arm. You rubbed it lightly. "What was that about?!" He asked incredulously.

"What?! Why are you yelling at me, I didn't do anything!" All Tetsutetsu could do was laugh at you.

"Yeah sure, you did nothing wrong." He rolled his eyes playfully. "You sure caught Kirishima's attention though, eh?" Tetsu joked jabbing your side with his elbow.

Slapping a hand into your forehead you groaned, "He probably thinks I'm a psycho now." You chuckled to yourself. "Honestly though, kind of worth it to tell Bakugo off." Tetsutetsu was staring down at his phone now with a small smile.

"Oh, don't be so hard on yourself. I'm sure that's not what he thinks." Holding his phone over you glanced down at it.
On the screen was a text thread between Kirishima and himself.

Kirishima: hey man mind introducing me to y/n? 😅 ive never met anyone brave enough to check bakubro before it was so manly!
