Sara's Lesson

I was on my way home back from work when I got hit by a car. "I was lucky it wasn't bad but it was a hit and run". When i got hit i didn't really get that scared since it wasn't a big hit but at the moment i felt shocked. When i got home my parents thought i was the one who had the accident because i've crashed previous times. Later on that week I was going to fix my car but then I decided to just get a new one since I've been wanting one.

My parents don't want to help me since i've crashed my last 2 cars but i haven't crashed in almost 2 years so why can't they help me. My parents think I still won't be responsible for my things. I want to start proving them wrong so they can see i actually am responsible. I started saving up more money. I am really proud of myself for knowing how to save my money. My parents had an old spare car so I've been using that, and also showing them that I can also take care of their things too.

Time passes by and my parents start to see the new change in me, they see I'm getting more responsible and that I've actually been working really hard getting the money I need for this new car. "Me and your father are really proud of you for taking full responsibility for your things now and we think you're ready now for your new car" my mother said. "OHH MY GODD MOM!!!, are you for really right now? I can go get my new car?" I said. At this point I felt so excited that my parents have been seeing this new change I'm making and they are finally letting me get my new car and take full responsibility for it.

One week later I got my new car. I was so geeked to finally get my new car. I took full responsibility of my new car to show my parents that I can actually take care of my new stuff now. "We have seen the long way you have come to accomplish your goal of being more responsible and knowing how to save your money, but i just came to tell you that I'm so very proud and happy for you. We love you" my mom said. "Thank you mom for your words, I'm happy that you like seeing the new me and I hope you always see this side of me. I'm also thankful for everything because you and dad gave me a chance to change and I'm grateful for that. I love you guys too". 

Yes, this is how i ended up getting a new car and changing my ways to be more responsible and my parents seeing i'm actually capable of changing even though the thought i wouldnt be able to change for better.
