ᴛᴡᴏ: ꜱʜʏ

TAEHYUNG walked into his classroom and took his seat next to the window. He loved sitting in the window, as it gave him something to look at other than his crush who was in the same class.

Jungkook sits a row ahead of him and taehyung has a pretty good side view of his face.

The blonde knew that he was practically invisible to some students, but that didn't bother him. 

What bothered him was that he thought jungkook didn't know he existed. That broke his heart. Knowing that the one person that you want attention from doesn't even know you exist hurts a lot.

Taehyung just has to deal with it and try his best to overcome it.

He sat in his seat fiddling with the end sleeve of his sweatshirt. He was feeling anxious for the partners. 

He was a shy and introverted person. He wouldn't be able to handle this and just do everything on his own. 

Then the teacher, Mr. choi walked in. Taehyung looked up to see him. 

"Good morning class, today, if you heard, we will be choosing partners for the end of the unit project. It will be based on the month you were born. Now, we have a list of matching months and the people there on the chalkboard. Take a moment to look at it, and find your partner."

Taehyung looked up and saw his and jungkook's name. There were a few other people on there that he didn't interact with but knew.

This is a nightmare. How am I supposed to work with my partner if I can't even talk to them?

The male panicked. Suddenly, he saw someone move from the corner of his eye. It was jungkook.

The raven-head was looking around for someone to be his partner that was born in December. Taehyung watched the male as he carefully looked around the room. Then, he turned to his left and met eyes with taehyung.

The blonde felt his face go red and he looked down. He still felt the other's eyes on him. 

"Taehyung? Do you wanna be my partner?" The raven-head asked.

Taehyung shyly looked up. He, of course, wasn't going to say 'no' and possibly hurt the other's feelings.

"Y-Yes." 

He saw jungkook make a small smile. The teacher then tapped the chalkboard, gaining everyone's attention.

"Alright, times up. Now that you've all found a partner, you'll get 1 minute to find a seat next to them."

Taehyung eyes slightly widened. One thing was for sure, he was totally gonna spill the tea to jimin.

The person seated next to taehyung got up and he immediately saw the raven-headed boy get up and sit next to him. 

Taehyung felt his ears burn and he started internally panicking.

Oh fuck, I wish jimin was here. Please save me. Someone. Anyone.

He looked at jungkook. Jungkook looked back at him with a smile on his perfect face. Taehyung was definitely gonna faint soon.

"Okay class, now that you're all seated, it's time I start explaining the project. Then after that, you're all dismissed."

"Omg, no way!" Jimin exclaimed with his eyes wide. He was surprised that his friend interacted with someone other than him.

"...It happened. It felt like I was gonna faint."

"Okay, you're progressing. Now, listen to me. Since you can't walk up to him easily, you gotta wait for him to walk up to you. Take deep breaths in and out," jimin carefully explained. 

"Right. Now then, agree with whatever he says so that he knows that you two have common interests. This way, he can talk to you. You're also brilliant, so, act it. Say a lot of things smart people would say. He might compliment you."

Taehyung listened to jimin's advice carefully. If he's gonna work with the younger, he at least needs to get his attention.

Before jimin could keep going, taehyung saw someone coming up to him.
