Backstory: everyone in her birth family played sports & are pretty good at it but due to having Asthma Cecilia couldn't play sports at all. For awhile they were fine with it but eventually that got fed up & dumped her in an alley way while she was taking a nap one afternoon. She tried to go back home but she couldn't make it since it was too far for her to handle. An old lady gave her water & food when Cecilia stopped by her flower shop to take a break. Eventually Cecilia was helping the old lady sell flowers & in return she was given a place to stay. But after the events of season 8, the shop was destroyed so Cecilia didn't get a place to stay. Nya saved Harumi from the falling building & helped her redeem herself. One day while the ninja were off on a mission Harumi went to the park & thats where she found Cecila sitting by a tree crying. Harumi asked her what was wrong & Cecilia explained everything. Harumi picked her up & took her home where she decided she wanted to adopt her & Nya agreed with the decision when she returned. A week later Cecilia was adopted by them & couldn't be happier.

Yeah, the reason I made her is on my Instagram, MintyMagic74 she's the recent post. I made a friend on there & I love how they draw Harumi & Nya being a couple so I told them I'd make them an adopted child. They really like Cecilia ^^ so do others
