Dean and Cas were arguing again over something stupid that Sam didn't care to pay attention to. They had been bickering a lot lately over small things that they often blamed on being stuck in the stupid bunker all the time. However, Sam had other ideas. He knew the two had feelings for each other, and the constant fighting was from the build-up of tension and an attempt to hide their feelings. So Sam decided it was time to take matters into his own hands. Sam had asked Dean and Cas into the living room during one of the few moments when they weren't fighting.
'What do you want, Sammy' Dean asked, leaning against the door frame while Cas sat on the couch.
'I wanted to talk to you both about all those arguments that you guys have been having. It is getting on my nerves and making it unbearable to get anything done' Sam told the boys as Dean took a few extras steps into the room.
'Yeh okay, we are kind of being a bit teste, but dude Cas keeps touching my stuff' Dean complained while Cas glared at Dean.
'It doesn't matter who's fault it is, Dean. I'm leaving you both alone for a few hours so you can try and sort this out' Sam said as he walked out of the room grabbing the keys from the coffee table as he passed.
'I think that is a good idea, Sam' Cas said, looking at Dean.
'Yeah whatever, just no chick flick moments' Dean reluctantly agreed. Sam left the bunker in the Impala, driving anywhere to get food. Meanwhile, Dean and Cas sat in awkward silence both staring at the ground trying to think of what to say.
'You know if you were a chick, this wouldn't be so awkward' Dean said with a smirk.
'And why is that' Cas replied curiously.
'Because girls are easier. I can just flirt and wink and things would, you know, get moving' Dean said with the same smirk. Cas sat back and thought about Dean's words until he came up with a crazy idea. Cas closed his eyes and used his angel abilities to start changing his form. Dean looked up just as Cas's hair grew longer, his chest got bigger, and rounder and he all together altered to look like a woman.
'What the hell man' Dean said, creeped out by Cas's transformation.
'What? I thought you said it was easier to talk things out with a chick' Cas's voice came out of the attractive woman in front of Dean. It was kind of unnerving but when Cas shifted around, and his top slipped down to show more of his new cleavage making Dean gulp.
'You know man; you do look kind of hot' Dean said smugly but trying to hide something.
'So what? Is this turning you on?' came Cas's voice from the hot women in front of Dean. Dean smirked back looking kind of uncomfortable.
'Interesting' Cas said as Dean fidgeted in his seat. Cas lent forward slightly showing Dean more of his cleavage watching Dean get more uncomfortable.
'You know, this would be hotter if you were you' Dean whispered under his breath. Cas heard because he paused and looked at Dean with evident confusion all over his face.
'What was that? I thought you said it was easier if I was a girl and now that I am a girl you want me to be me' Cas stated. Dean glanced away starting to get anxious.
'Uh yeah well dude what can I say. Liking women is easier' Dean said awkwardly with a cough. Cas sat back and transformed back into himself while Dean looked anywhere else.
'Dean?' Cas said, looking like himself again.
'Cas' Dean said, sounding exasperated and scared. Dean took a deep breath and looked up to meet Cas's blue eyes.
'Cas, I like you. I like you, and I like women, but liking chicks is easier. I have always been worried about what Sam would say or what you would think if I told you. Women are supposed to like men, and men are supposed to like women. That's how I wanted to be; normal' Dean said hesitantly, his self-hatred showing.
