Chapter 1

As  Madelyn rushes out of her house while it is pouring rain at 6:47 am , which is the time her bus arrives at her stop. Madelyn looks down at her arm to notice she does not have her pull over she thought to herself irresponsibly because she forgot her pullover so Madelyn hesitanted to turn back to get her pullover, as she thought she peered to stare outside just to see the bus bypasses her house she stomped her feet in a provoked mannered as she still peered she opens the door with rage while precedes to walk in the rain.

While walking in the rain Madelyn starts to look at her phone with water drops on it while inside of her pocket, an she get shocked within the time that is on her phone that reads 6:58 am she start to sign, while forming the idea that she done missed half of her first period she starts to take more paces of the corner of the wet slippy side walk,an perch her high school that reads West falls High School. She rolled her eyes an start to walk past the crossing guard who screams at traffic within every child's that pasts.

She paces across in to the front of the school , she then close her eyes for a prayer while opening the door of the school, all out of a sudden a tall man stops her while looking at her natural 4b hair that done transform to 4c hair . She peers to meet up to the mans eyes she then put's a befuddled expression on her face. The man then clears he's throat then Madelyn started talk swiftly, as looking at the man she says "oh Mr.Principal Omar I promise I am not late because of um me sleeping late or anything it is pouring rain" , the principal starts to state some words with he's finger out but Madelyn just keep talking swiftly she goes on to say "I promise not because I was not setting my alarm or anything Mr.Principal, it was that darn bus that that came exact time we supposedly be their please have some tenderness in your heart "

Madelyn finsh with a distressed look on her face while looking at the principal. While she had the expression the principal cleared he's throat while stating "Good Morning Madelyn, my name is Mr.Omar not "Mr.Principal", however Jones I understand your situation but you are still late but i'll let you slide with this lateness today since I need to have "some tenderness in my heart". Madelyn felt thrillness over her an she smiled also saying "Thank you Mr.Omar I promise I wont be late again this week" the principal then begins to point he's finger stating "Better not Jones"

While Madelyn throws her arm up to wave goodbye at her principal with joy she walks down the hallway while seeing some teachers having  their door open having instructional time with their students Madelyn walks slowfully past the classrooms. Into a span time reaching end of the hallway where stairs located, she then starts to go up the stairs then she reaches the top of the floor of the school, to past some classroom's to reach her classroom door that reads "Mr.Atwater room 117'' while the door being close Madelyn started to knock on the door softly.

Madelyn starts to get to her second soft knock then she feels a wind from the door opens in a vex mannered while closing her eyes an still in her knocking motion,
