love did she expect
was returned with pain
care did she expect
ignored was she, love in vain
immense love she had
but still she was sad
sobbed to her heart's content
yet not satisfied
her soul wanted to lament
because she loved, he lied!
self-pride did come, love covered
she tried to shine but...
and she tried but heard
words of agony, dolor and fear
she loved and cared but
why didn't she get back?
and now...
her heart is bare
maybe something she lacked
what to do-she is lost...
why so painful why so hurting
though a beautiful creation
whom should she ask for it
to see her heart's elation?
oh!love was never made for her
she was excluded-what a pity!
maybe this was nature's wish
without water surviving a fish.
