The phone constantly pinged... He could hear the sound over the other loud noises but he is in shooting school rangers... Then it ringed... Tay definitely knows who was calling him.... It's his BF, the no label one... Often they laughed about it but they liked it they can be friends, or phi-nong or lovers... When New constantly remind him about the safety and nag him Tay calls him Mae... When Tay speaks something about he read in detail to his bf then New calls him por... They both fight like no enemies fought before and cuddle and kisses like no other lovers had done before... Do they need label for this?...
But that's not why Newwie is constantly calling now! Tay has been suddenly sent for a shoot that was not in his schedule as Arm who was supposed to host school rangers this week got sick... Usually Tay would have discussed with New and confirm his schedule but this time since New was also busy he just accepted the show thinking that New will be busy in the weekend.. he just sent a text to New saying he is flying to Chiang Mai with Off and Gun.... Now if he didn't attend the phone he is gonna get scolding but even if he attended the phone too he is gonna get scolded anyway...
Tay gulped looking at the distance where Jennie was talking in the phone that she just gotten, while looking at Tay and smiling at him.. he knows that New has called Jennie.. why is he fearing so much? It's not like New wouldn't understand the sudden schedules, but Tomorrow is a important day... For past three years this has been their important day...
Three years back on this day their joint fanclub from India has sent them sweets and greetings for the important festival of thier country 'Diwali' or 'festival of light'... New has instantly liked the sweets as Tay searched about the importance of the festival.. and he liked the custom of celebrating it... He found that the Indian people in Thailand also celebrate this... On the day of diwali Newwie took Tay on a car ride around Bangkok and they ended up at Indian community, as both of them were fascinated by how the families celebrating by lighting fairy lights and designer candles around the house and family and friends enjoying lighting crackers on the street and sharing sweet children's showing if thier new dress and elders giving some gifts to children.. the one day where all the members of the family were together regardless the difference... So Newwie asked Tay to promise him that he will always celebrate this day with him.. not wanting to be alone on one day of the year..
Every year after that Tay and New would clear their schedules and enjoy the day together.. the give out sweet treats to the GMM family sometimes they go to meet thier family for lunch and evening snacks and at night with thier little circle of friends who are available, they would light crackers and enjoy the day... So now Tay came to Chiang Mai leaving New alone in Bangkok and the next day is Diwali.. on his defence Tay thought Newwie schedule was full and he was not available but when the plane landed in Chiang Mai he received a text from his Him staying that he got the day cleared of all schedules for this...
He was in his own thoughts when Jennie tapped his shoulder and gave him the phone and she whispered 'you are dead' to him and walked away leaving Tay with the call...
On call
New: WHAT THE HELL TAY? CANT YOU WAIT FOR MY REPLY!! YOU JUST WENT AWAY...
Tay took the phone away from his ears as New was shouting..
Tay: hin!!
New: DONT CALL ME THAT!! YOU PROMISED ME TAY.. HERE IAM STANDING LIKE A FOOL ON FRONT OF OUR CONDO THINKING YOU ARE HOME....
Tay: it's midnight now New! Let's talk tomorrow...
New: TOMORROW? TOMORROW IS OUR.. "OUR" DAY TAY..
Tay: you were busy New.. I asked your manager you have tight schedule shooting two series.... That's why...
New: I was fully shooting till midnight now and day after tomorrow I have shooting straight 48 hrs... I rearranged my schedule for this Tay... However busy iam I would have made a way.. you didn't believe me!!!
Tay: no Hin! It's not like that.. don't strain yourself na.. I thought you need rest too...
New: Tay tell me will be here atleast by the evening of tomorrow?
Tay: no New, I promised grandma that I will visit the orphanage here and spend the afternoon and evening here.....
New: what the hell Tawan...
Though Newwie didn't rise his voice, Tay flinched at Newwie calling him by his name....
Tay: please hin, take this chance as time to have rest na... Iam worried about your health baby, please let's celebrate this again when I come back I promise you I will cancell my schedule whenever you ask me too..
New: you didn't even keep the first promise...
Tay: please ja, stay at home and rest for one day na..
New: but you are my home Tay.... Leave it you wouldn't understand...
Tay: hin..... Hello hin...
Seem like New as cut the call.....
Tay tried to call again but Newwie phone was busy... When he tried to call again the phone was switched off.. as his show director called him he kept the phone away sending a text "sorry Hin"..
It took sometime to wrap the day's work and Tay along with Off and Gun went to his grandma home... He tried calling New but the phone was still switched off.. maybe he was sleeping was his thoughts.. soon the days tiredness caught up to them as they slept immediately after they reached home...
It was morning 11 when Tay got up and came to kitchen for having brunch... His eyes widened on seeing his glaring BF....
"Why are you here?"
New: oh! This is how you greet me? I fucking drove 8hrs straight here since there was no flight!!
Tay: I asked you to rest at home na
New: and I clearly told you, you are my home and I will celebrate this day!!
Tay: you could have celebrated it with friends and family in Bangkok na, Hin....
New: how can I celebrate 'festival of light' without the 'light' Tawan...
Tay's eyes glistened with tears as he took his phone..
New: what are you doing?
Tay: iam calling your manager to clear your next two days of schedule!! I know you can manage it after that..
New: what are you planning...
Tay: let's start with a good herbal massage for your tired ass in a hot spring
New: oohhh I like it already.... But only massage Tay, no funny business!
Tay: I don't have new dress..
New: I bought for all..
Gun: ohh we are getting new dress too papii, come let's go with them
Off: don't spoil their mood ai'Jiw! Come I will give you massage in our room...
Grandma: anyway I stocked up all the restrooms with condom! Have a safe blast children...
As four of them turned red at Grandma's comment !!!!
