chapter 10 - she's awake

It had been two weeks and Jess still lay on the bed. No movement. No nothing. Everyday Jeremy and Elena would go into the room and sit talking to her. They hoped the spell worked and when she woke up she would remember them.

One day when Elena was alone a thought popped into her head. If she had her humanity off still and she remembered would she like them or would she still not care. The thought made her cry. She wanted her sister to wake up. The all of a sudden she just rose out of the bed and began to walk to the bathroom like everything was ok. Elena was shocked. No words came out of her mouth. Jess simply said "Hey Elena. Are you okay you look like you've seen a ghost" Like nothing had happened.

Elena just ran over to her sister and gave her a hug. This confused Jess.

"Elena are you sure your okay, your acting strange. By the way were actually are we."
"You don't remember any of it do you" Elena asked
"Oh how i forgot you and I'm a vampire yes of course I remember it I'm just messing with you",
"JESS" Elena screamed. "You can't do that to me, you had me scared. It's good to have you back little sis. Now as much as I don't want to let you go I think you better go and see Jeremy."
"Yes, I probably should go say hi, I'm going to prank him. "she replied.

"ok" Elena giggled.

Jess walked out the door and started to head downstairs.
"Hey Jeremy "she blurted out.
"Jess what the hell your awake and you remember me" he jumped up giddily.

"What do you mean I'm up I haven't been to sleep today." Jess tried not to laugh.

The group looked at her like she was crazy.

"Why is everyone looking at me like that. You guys look like you've seen a ghost. Damon we were talking this morning. What is going on." They continued to look at her like she was crazy. 

"I'm just gonna go" Jess said looking hurt.

"NO NO don't go" Jeremy jumped up.

"I'm just messing with you guys." Jess laughed. "But I am going to head out I remember I'm meeting someone today." 

"Wait who" Jeremy looked concerned and so did everyone else.

"Yes I would like to know as well." Klaus chimed in.

"You'll find out soon". 

And with that she left.

A/N- So guys a new chapter is up and I hope you like it. Let me know anyways to improve to they way you might want it. I'm thinking that Jess is going to meet up with a new character that I've made up but you'll have to find out. Hope you guys are liking so far but if not im sorry.
