~Two hearts in a lake (KamiTsu)~

Kami pov:

"Hey, Kaminari. It's kinda cold out...what'd you wanna ask me?" Tsuyu asked, her dark green eyes glistening with her gummy smile. "U-uh- Well- yknow how we had that...project last week? And we um- we kissed-? Remember-?" I asked. Her cheeks glowed a deep shade of red. "Y-yeah. What about it?" She asked. "R-right. Do you wanna go on a date? Like...right now-?" I asked, squeezing my eyes shut nervously. "I'd love to." She said. I opened my eyes to her brushing her bangs from her face. "Really?" I asked, letting my smile take over my face. She nods with a smile. "Perfect! uh- come on then!" I said, grabbing her hand and dragging her towards the lake. "I'm so happy you said yes, otherwise I'd have planned this all for nothing." I said. "Where are we going?" She asked. "Well... it's winter now. The lake is frozen over and they're renting ice skates so I thought... yknow... we could go skating?" I said. "That sounds amazing." She said, shooting me a soft smile that I gladly returned. We went up to the skate booth, and as she got her skates I took a good look at her. From her beautiful deep green hair tied into a bun, to her scarf, her coat, her gloves, her boots which make her only about two inches taller, and most importantly, her face. Her gummy smile, her cheeks, dusted pink from the cold, her adorable dimples, and of course her beautiful dark green eyes which glistened with every smile she gave. She's so perfect. And she said yes to me. I'm on a date with the most perfect girl ever. I must be the luckiest guy alive. I snap back to reality when she finishes and get my skates. We walk over to a bench and put our skates on, watching the sea of people skating in front of us. I spot other couples, as well as families and children, all bundled up and skating with smiles. I smile too, standing and helping Tsuyu up. "Have you ever skated before?" I ask, still holding her hand. She shakes her head, using her other hand to steady herself. "That's okay. I'll help you." I said, pulling her onto the frozen lake, watching her clumsily stumble behind me. I giggle. "It's like this." I said, demonstrating for her. She nods, following my lead. "Good." I said, watching her skate around me and carefully helping her when needed. "You're a natural!" I said, smiling. She laughs. "This is actually really fun!" She said, her smile making me smile more. I giggle again. "I'm glad. Wanna see something cool?" I asked. She nodded. I skated in front of her, doing every trick I know, including spinning. When I skated back to her she lightly clapped with a smile. "How are you so good at this?!" She asked. I shrugged. "I took lessons in elementary school." I told her. She nodded. Before I could drag her back onto the ice, a new song started playing in the background. Not like the Christmas music playing before. Like a dancing type song. I look over to the music table and see Kirishima, holding 2 thumbs up, and I shoot one back, nervously turning to Tsuyu. "W-wanna dance-?" I asked, holding out my hand. "Of course." She said, placing her hand in mine. I drag her onto the ice and we dance carefully. I spin her, watching her smile grow wider as I do so. She laughs. "T-that- wow- that was really fun!" She said. I smiled wider too, "I'm glad." I replied. After our dance, I asked her out to lunch, to which she said yes. We stopped by a small cafe for lunch. "This place is so cute!" She said. "Not as cute as you." I replied, enjoying the blush I got in return. I become nervous again at my next question though. "Oh--hey Tsuyu-?" I asked. "Hm?" She hummed in response. "W-would you- I mean- how would you feel about being my girlfriend?" I asked awkwardly. Her face lit up. "I'd love to!!" She said, hugging me tightly, before kissing me on the cheek. I laugh lightly, hugging back just as tightly. "I'm so happy to finally call you mine." I said. "And I'm so happy to call you mine." She responded.
