First of all so you guys don't start with the "How are they sisters thing". My Au works like this Kushina was Naruto's Surrogate Mother. So she died before telling Naruko about The Jamabis. When she was 6, Naruko ran away and became a powerful ninja,thanks to copies of all of the scrolls . She also finds out the truth and finally meets her family Who help her become a great gambler. 4 years later she comes back to Konoha and joins the ninja academy as a boy named Naruto. Also Yumeko and Naruko became B.F.F's with Kirari because their parents were all apart of the Momobami Clan.
Ps:Naruko was the name Kushina gave to her but her real name on her birth certificate is Yumeka so she will be referred to as Yumeka when in Hyakkaou Academy and at home.
