getting my letter

It was Saturday 8/1/20, my dad had called me down for breakfast, he made delicious pancakes he used my mother's recipe, i asked him •hey dad who's my mom you never talk abt her• he responded with •we will not talk about her for now• i nodded my head, after breakfast we watched a movie we haven't done that since months ago, after we heard a bang at the door we went to check it out, and we saw an owl flying away we saw at the door step there was a hogwarts letter. I looked at my dad and he smiled and i hugged him so tight, as he told me •you have your mothers eyes• i opened my letter. i jumped up and down as i read the letter my father was smiling, i wanted to tell draco so bad but i had to wait for dinner to see him since him and his parents were gonna come over, i ran upstairs to draw i loved drawing i tried drawing hogwarts, i couldn't stop thinking of how hogwarts would be i was excited i danced all over my room of how excited i was. i wanted to tell draco already but only a couple of hours till i saw i saw him, my father came up stairs and asking me •your that excited to go to hogwarts that your stomping• he said, i said •yes dad and thank you so much for letting me go i love you• i hugged him.
