Chapter 6

Lily's pov<3

                      On my way home all I could think about was Nathen and that kiss. When he kissed me it felt like there were fireworks. He was amazing but I was sad because even after we kissed he still didn't ask me to be his girlfriend. I wondered if he even wanted me to be his girlfriend, but if he didn't want me to be his girlfriend he wouldn't have kissed me, right?

                       When my dad and I got home I went up to my room to get ready for bed. I wiped the make-up off and then hopped in the shower cause it was a long day. When I got done in the shower I got out and put on a pair of short's and a plain black T-shirt. I brushed my teeth and put my hair up in a ponytail. Then I got a text from Nathen.

Hey Lil

Hey Nate

So I have a question

Yeah what's up

So I talked to your dad and...

And what?

I had to make sure It was okay with him before I asked....

Asked what?

Do you want to be my girlfriend?

OMG yes and million time's yes

Really?

Yes

You just made me the happiest guy in the world

And you just made me the happiest girl in the world

Is it to early to tell you I love you

Ummm...

So do you want to come over tomorrow and we go on a date?

OMG yes

                    When I got done texting Nathen I went downstairs to tell my dad.

                    "Dad guess what." I said

                     "Yes sweetheart." he said

                     "Nathen asked me to be his girlfriend and he told me he asked you first if it was okay. Thank you for saying yes." I said and I gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

                     "Well he told me how much he cared about you, and you already told me how you felt about him so I knew you guys would be good together." He told me.

                     "Oh thank you dad you're the best." I said.

                     "You're welcome, I just want you to be happy." he said.

                      "Oh, I am dad thank you so much. I love you." I said.

                      "I love you too." He said

                     After that I went up stairs to go to bed. I was so happy I could barely sleep. I couldn't wait to see Nathen tomorrow and I was nervous because this would be our first official date. I had to make sure I looked perfect. I was also nervous because this would be my first date. Before I went to sleep I had to pick out my outfit for tomorrow. I decided to go with a cute red crop top with the word love on it in pink and a pair of red leggings. I chose a pair of red Jordans so they would match the outfit. I picked out a pair of red ruby earrings and a red ruby necklace my grandmother gave me before she passed away. When I was done picking out my outfit i finally laid down to go to bed.
