You know that feeling as if everything around you seems to be crashing down and ending all at once? Where you feel like your can't keep going or fighting? When everything around you stops? When you can't see or think straight? Where nothing around you seems to be real?

That's what it felt like for Fred and George, seeing Elia collapse in front of them covered in her own blood, it was gut wrenching seeing one of the people you love so much in so much pain and suffering.

"Freddie" Elia's eyes rolled to the back of her head but before she got the chance to hit the ground Bill ran over and grabbed her, the twins were in a state of shock seeing her limp and unconscious. They couldn't move, think, breathe, they couldn't imagine a life without her. It was unbearable to think about.

Remus grabbed Fred's shoulder snapping him back into reality, he was able to move, to think, to breathe but the one thing he still couldn't do was imagine his life without Elia, the girl he'd had a crush on since they were 8, the girl that would clean up his cute after a fight, the girl that got punched in the face stepping in a fight for him in their 5th year, the girl he would take a curse for within a heartbeat.

Fred ran over to Bill who was laying Elia down on the stone ground beneath them and held onto her face trying to wake her up, Fred pressed his hands on the wound trying to stop the bleeding in anyway he could, he looked up at the now pale girl then back down to his hands.

George who was still in a state of shock couldn't seem to put the image together, it didn't make sense. His best friend, his Elia, bleeding out in front of him, the sound around was muffled and the world was in slow motion, he knew there were people yelling at him but he couldn't snap out of it.

The loss of Brian was hard enough for everyone but seeing his daughter laying on the ground next to him bleeding everywhere in front of them was something else, something scary, she had so much to live for she hadn't even lived yet and here she was.

Fred's hands were covered in Elia's blood, her skin was white but she was breathing but barely. The pain he was feeling was something he never wanted to experience again in his life.

"Wake up, Elia! Wake up!" Bill tilted her head to the side and opened her mouth so she wouldn't choke on her blood and die while Fred continued to push down on the wound.

Molly, Arthur and Remus were talking and thinking about ways to get Elia to St. Mungo's undetected while Tonks, Fleur and Kingsley were trying to snap George back into reality.

"Bill, what- what do we do?! I can't lose her, I can't" Fred cried looking at his older brother, Bill looked down at Fred seeing his shirt and jeans that were once clean now covered in blood, his breathing was short yet loud as she watched her chest slowly rise and fall letting them know she was still alive.

"I don't know, keep an eye on her breathing! I'll be back" Bill ran over to Molly and began talking to her about Elia and their options, Fred kept a close eye on Elia making sure she didn't stop breathing.

A sob escaped from Fred's mouth that he didn't know he was holding in, his chest aches watching her lay on the ground unconscious, it was an awful sight to see and felt absolutely helpless, like he wasn't doing enough.

He questioned himself asking what would've happened if he ignored everyone and just ran into the forest after her, if he just killed Bellatrix and spent life in Azkaban, if he had just stayed home with her... than at least she would've been okay.
