By it, Zen meant that Lelo made a.... something that looks absolutely disgusting and the ingredients used to make it are indistinguishable....
She says it's delicious, Zen argues that it's not appetizing nor does it look edible.

"Zeeeeen...!" Lelo did weird hand movements, exaggerating her name.
" You're disturbing me." Zen sighed.
"Listen to me." Lelo pouted taking the phone away from Zen.
"Ah! Give it back!" Zen exclaimed, "Lelo!"
Zen had her hand outstretched, waiting.
Lelo shook her head laughing... She thinks Zen is playing....
Zen lunged at Lelo, making her scream in suprise and drop the phone.
"LELO!!!"
"I'm sorry." Lelo apologized nervously, kneeling down before Zen.
"...Is it cracked?.." Lelo went silent when Zen glared at her.
"You're lucky it didn't..." Lelo let out a relieved sigh before paling at Zen's next words.
"You will pay for this."...
