The clouds cast a dark shadow on the town below. A crack of lightning flashed across the sky. A man looked up and waited for the rain to come.
He watched something fall, then heard a metallic clink. He looked down and saw a single penny in front of his feet.
The sky cleared up as the man bent down to examine the penny.
