A Question He Never Asked...

A smile crept in his lips seeing that single word typing...

Then he sees her again going offline...

Ranbir frowns and keeps the mobile down and lays on the bed..

After sometime his mobile started vibrating...a call from an unknown number he attends that and heard her shaky voice," happy birthday ranbir...I am sorry..."

Saying she cutted the call making him panick..

Then morning he waited for her near the school gate with Aryan..

Shahana rushed near them and said," come with me"..

Saying she started walking fast whereas ranyan followed her...

After going near one building, Shahana says," she is waiting for you in the staircase"

Ranbir ran towards the stairs ....when aryan was about to follow Shahana holds his bag and says," stand here and see if anyone is coming or not...I will check on the other side"

Saying she went...

Ranbir sees Prachi standing near the stairs nervously...

Ra: prachi

Prachi turns to him and says," I am sorry ranbir..."

Ra: it's okay... please don't feel bad...I am happy that you called me for the first time..

Prachi smiled lightly

Pr: actually ranbir...my mom hided her mobile as me and my brother are using it more but somehow I found it and about to message you but phone went off due to low battery.. due to power cut I couldn't charge the mobile so I went to nearby PCO and called you...

Ranbir's heart fell into a deep pit hearing her...she did all those only for his happiness...

Ra: but there is no PCO near your house...

Pr: one yellow colour shop near our tuition...I called from there..

Shock is an understatement for ranbir...

Ranbir shouts at her," are you mad...you went that much far for just wishing me...that too at that time.."

Prachi cuts him," my brother was with me"

Ranbir sarcastically says," haan I forgot that he is very big to protect you"

Prachi looks at the floor and softly says," for the first time you asked me something,how could I disappoint you"

Ranbir controlled his urge to hug her....

Prachi stood there catching the hem of her uniform due to nervousness...

Feeling his gaze on her, prachi's cheeks turned pink...

Prachi stammers," I...I... should go"

Ranbir chuckles seeing her stammering...

She looks at him whereas he nods gently...

She slowly walked away from there...

Aryan comes to him and hugs ranbir...

Ra: did you hear everything

Aryan smiles sheepishly at him...

Ar: leave all that.... now I am 100% sure that she too loves you..

Ranbir nods without moving his eyes from prachi..

Ar: now if she turns and sees you before entering the class, then it is sure that she too loves you.. what's say

Ra: done..let's see

Saying they followed prachi and Shahana...

To ranbir's disappointment prachi walks inside the classroom without turning back...

Ranbir glares at Aryan for his stupid idea..

When ranbir was about to hit aryan, aryan says," see there"

Prachi peeps out of the class and flashes him a breath taking smile... Ranbir's jaws dropped seeing that..

Prachi goes in... ranbir hugs aryan and both are on the peek of happiness...

In class , both ranbir and Prachi are staring at each other when the other is not looking...

Ranbir's staring session is interrupted by Aryan...

Ar: ranbir

Ra: hmm

Ar: ranbir

Ra: arey tell idiot

Ar: I am going to love

Ra: for how many days?

Ar: not that love ranbir

Ra: then

Ar: true love

Ranbir looks at him shocked and asked

Ra: who is that unlucky sister of mine

Ar: your lover's bestie

Ranbir's eyes widened hearing that

Ra: Shahana?

Aryan shyly nods...

Ar: you only should help me yaar

Ra: I will ask her number from prachi...

At evening in tuition

Ranbir throws a note on prachi's desk ...

Prachi opens the note and sees on first page it is written,"Shahana's no? "

Prachi closes the note and turns and glares at him..

Ranbir confusedly looks at her and then suddenly pulls Aryan's shirt and and mouths," for him"

Prachi akwardly smiles and writes Aryan's number and keeps the note on her desk..

When they are leaving from the tuition ranbir casually takes the note from her desk and walks away....

One night, both ranbir and prachi are waiting for each other's message...

Losing their patience both types at the same time..

Ranbir immediately back spaced as he likes to hear her scolding him for not texting her...

Now they both are that close  that they could hear each other's voice in their texts...

His mobile beeped and he sees her message

Pr: go to hell

He chuckles imagining her angry face...
