It all began when my parents left to join the military. I lived in my house in New York with my younger siblings for a while, going to work each day after school to make enough money for food for us. I was always shy and outspoken, never brave enough to stand up for myself. Always so unhappy and rundown... at least that was until I started watching Danny Edge and Paul Zimmer's videos on their YouTube channel called ExclamationPointYT. They made me smile and laugh and I wished that I could meet them. After a while of trying to get them to notice me I realized that it was just a silly 16-year-old's wish that would never come true. Then they announced that they would be going on a tour called DigiTour this year from February 14th to March 5th, which is my birthday. Their first stop on tour was in Long Island, New York. I was so excited so I worked 6 extra shifts and 2 hours of overtime twice a week to pay for an outfit, a babysitter and food for my siblings, money for my cab ride, and my ticket. I couldn't make enough for a VIP pass, but I was extremely proud of myself and exhausted from working so much. Now all I had to do was wait for the day to come.
