The Picnic

A/N) So sorry taking this story down, I guess I wasn't overly happy about this Fanfic anymore but now I'm re-releasing out to the public again. So hope you enjoy it.

Your invited by your friends to an all day picnic. The picnic is held at the top of the Crystal Gems temple, close to the lighthouse on the grassy side of the cliff. "Welcome [y/n]!" Everyone exclaimed. Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, Connie, and Steven where all excited about you joining them on this beautiful day. "Hey everyone!" You exclaimed with a smile and sat down on the large picnic blanket between Garnet and Amethyst, with some delicious looking food laid out in front of you.

"Well dig in there's plenty of food to go around." Steven exclaimed. "Thank you." You smile. Then looked over across from you and noticed that Pearl was about to eat a slice of pie. "Funny I thought gems don't eat." You questioned.

Pearl blushed. "Oh we don't." Waving her hand up and down. "But where going to make a small exception just for today, I mean it can't hurt right?" Pearl said with hesitation as she looked at the pie.

"Since we made too much food, we thought it wouldn't be fear for only three people to eat all of it." Replied Garnet with a smile.

"Well it shouldn't be a problem for Amethyst anyways she loves food." You say looking at Amethyst as she eats a whole cake to herself. The purple gem looked over to you and mumbled "That's right my dude!" Putting her thumbs up. As you cringe a little but you smile back and grab a sandwich (your favourite type of sandwich) for yourself and took a bite out of it.

For the rest of the day you, Steven, Connie and the gems where eating, telling stories, jokes and played games, and more importantly singing! Steven grabbed his ukulele and started to play a song. 'We are the Crystal Gems.' Enjoying yourselves on this hot summers day.

You've known the gems for a while now. You can still remember the very first time you've meet Steven and Connie at the Big Donut, where they sell the best tasting donuts ever made. Soon after you've become friends with all of the Crystal Gems including Lapis, peridot, Bismuth, and Lion. You thought it was strange but also really cool that there gems from outer space! You heard almost all the stories of there adventures. You love being around them, and they love having you as there friend.

"So what else should we do, next?" Asked Connie.

"I don't know, I feel like we've already done everything. Replied Pearl. Everyone sighed and was thinking on what to do next, there had to be something, a solution to help finish off your 'all day picnic.' And at that moment the perfect idea popped into your head.

"How about Swimming?!" You exclaimed. Everyone looked up at you. "Your a genius [y/n]!"
Amethyst, Steven, Connie are the ones most excited, as for yourself you felt like you haven't been swimming in ages.

Well have to walk down to the beach lucky it's not too far. Everyone all helped pack up everything that was set out. The plates, cups, leftovers, and the blanket. After we finished, we started walking back down the grassy side of the cliffside. Until....the ground beneath begin to shake.
