Chapter 3 - Wow!

She ripped her dorm door open and ran to her closet trying to find a suitable outfit. He never told her what they where going to do but she guessed it was going to be a dinner.

She found a green crop top, black leggings and a black cropped cardigan to wear. She did some light makeup and stole Nia's pearl necklace. She knew Nia wouldn't mind because she always took Sofia's stuff so now they where even, Sofia looked at the time and realised it was 4:50, she opened her closet and tried to find a little purse, she ended up using a small black leather one. She packed it with all the necessities and a bit of money, then she ran rapidly down the stairs and opened the doors to see Cedric standing there waiting for her.

"Did I keep you waiting" the girl said in a shy voice,

the boy stood there looking completely shocked at how beautiful she was.

"No not at all" not taking his eyes off of her astonishing figure.

He pulled his eyes up to the girls  "ready?"

She looked at him sheepishly and nodded, he grabbed her hand and she felt a instant shock running through her body from his touch, it was addictive.

Cedric pulled her through the front doors of the school leading her out into the cold night, Sofia shivered as the wind touched her exposed skin. Cedric saw and quickly took of his coat and rapped it around the girl "thanks" she said holding out her hand as he had let it go while talking of his coat. He laughed and pulled her body closer to him so that she wouldn't be so cold.

They ended up walking to Hogsmeade making flirty yet sweet conversation while Cedric held her to his side with his arm wrapped around her waist.

Once they'd got there Sofia took in the gorgeous little village and looked at Cedric with that same sheepish smile he'd given her multiple times. Her smile made his heart race and made him unsteady, she was just so perfect to him.

Cedric chuckled and pulled her into a little pub called the three broomsticks, she'd never been in here before but she could tell that she would like it because of how friendly the atmosphere was.

Cedric pulled out a seat from under the table and gestured for her to sit down on it,

"What a gentleman you are" she said while walking over to the seat as Cedric sat down opposite her.

"What would you two lovebirds like to order" a worker said, Sofia and Cedric exchanged looks slightly smirking and Sofia looked back over to the man,

"A roast please"

"I'll have the same" Cedric said without taking his eyes of Sofia,

"And drinks? I'm guessing two butter beers"

"Well you guessed correctly" Sofia said staring back at Cedric.

"Alright then, it'll be with you in just a sec" the worker walked of with a smug smile on his face,

"Tell me something about you" Sofia said leaning closer to him.

"What do you want to know?"

"Everything"

"Alright well, my parents are Amos Diggory and Claire Diggory, my mother died when I was 5"

"Oh I'm so sorry Ced, how? I mean you don't have to say if you don't want too"

He smiled at the girl, "it was years ago, it doesn't bother me anymore. Bellatrix killed her"

The girl got up out of her seat and went over to Cedric's pulling him into a tight embrace.

Cedric pulled her closer to him so they where only inches apart and lifted her chin up so she was looking into his eyes.

Maybe time stopped when his lips met hers, but the flutter only intensified. Sofia's heart pounded in her chest as her knees got weaker. She could only focus on how soft he felt against her mouth, how addictively he invaded all her senses. She parted her lips and felt him washing over like a wave of warmth, curling her toes, unfurling all her senses as the taste of him nearly silenced all thoughts. She wanted more. As he pulled away Sofia's heart was doing backflips, she was in complete shock but she loved this kind of shock and she was hungry for more of it.

"Wow" she said instantly,

After the end of the meal they headed back to Hogwarts this time by apparration due to them both being tired, once they where back at Hogwarts Cedric carried Sofia back to the Slytherin common room bride style, Sofia asked to be put down but Cedric refused so she said the password and he carried her up to her dorm.

finally he put her down and she opened up the door to her dorm, surprisingly nobody was in there.

"Looks like Nia's with Ben tonight" Sofia said slightly laughing,

Cedric shook his head playfully and kissed her goodnight.

"I had a lot of fun tonight" Cedric said in a calm voice,

"Same, night Ced"

He smiled at her and started to walk away,

Just before Cedric could leave Sofia ran up behind him contemplating whether or not she should do this,

"Stay with me" she mumbled

"Huh"

This time more confidently "stay with me".

He smiled his crooked one, "sure"
