Gigi's POV

"And that's number one on my bucket list," I said to my girlfriend, Crystal. "well, I'd rather stay in bed" she laughed. "you're no fun!" I giggled. She jokingly slapped my arm. Crystal and I have been dating for less than a week but I genuinely feel like we're soulmates. I was laying on Crystal's lap, in a field of daisies, while she played with my hair. "Hey, Gi?" Crystal asked. "mhm?" I hummed in reply. "I know this is a bit far, but I know we'll stay together, but, for our one year, I'll take you to Paris, buy you the cheapest bottle of wine and we can go on a glass rooftop and drink it," she suggested. I looked up at her, almost crying, "you'd do that for me?" I asked with the biggest smile on my face. "of course I would!" Crystal laughed engulfing me in a hug. We stayed like that for the next thirty seconds. Best few seconds of my life.

The next day in school was pretty tiring. I was wearing ripped blue jeans, white docs and Crystal's one direction hoodie, vintage, I know. Speaking of Crystal, I haven't seen her all day. School started at 9 am and it's currently 2:15 pm.. just as I thought of that in walked... sadly, not Crystal.. but her best friend Jackie. I walked up to Jackie to see if she knew where Crystal was, "Hey, Jackie!" I smiled. "Hey, Gigi!" she beamed. "Do you know where Crystal is?" I asked. "She's in bed.. asleep. I spent my WHOLE lunch break trying to get her out of bed!- is that Crystal's hoodie?" she sighed but started laughing over the hoodie. "oh, um- yeah- do you mind telling the principal I felt sick and decided to go home? I'm going to go over to Crystal's" I asked politely. "sure thing!" Jackie smiled. "thank you!" I yelled while walking to my car.

The drive wasn't long, but I still listened to the Spotify playlist Crystal made me. In about five minutes I was parked outside Crystal's house. I knocked on the door and in less than two minutes Crystal swung open the door engulfing me in, yet another hug. "Gigi! shouldn't you be in school?" she smiled. "Why aren't you at school?" I asked. "I'll tell you soon, just come in," Crystal said pulling me in by my hand. "also, nice hoodie," she giggled. "thanks!" I smiled, holding in my laughter. "So why didn't you go to school?" I asked. "okay, so.. promise you won't laugh?" she started. "I promise, but only if it isn't stupid," I giggled. "so, today is one direction's tenth anniversary so I stayed home since they were meant to be posting a youtube video, me, expecting the video to be hours long decided to stay off school to watch it.. the video was five minutes long.." she admitted. I tried my best to hold in my laugher but I couldn't, so I bursted out laughing. "hey! you said you wouldn't laugh!" Crystal pouted. "I'm sorry, I just-" I said not being able to contain my laughter. Once I stopped laughing, something accidentally slipped up.

"I love you," I blurted. Shit! why did I say that?! there was a short moment of silence until.. "I love you too," Crystal smiled. Then what happened next was what I'd been dreaming of since I was little.... my first kiss.
