Bad finished wrapping the bandage around dreams head, who kept protesting that he was fine. "clay, stop it"

"bad, im fine its just a scrape"

"dream, you got hit in the head with the handle of an axe, full force. lay down and let me check that you are okay." darryl crossed his arms, giving dream a stern look.

dream glared at darryl for a moment, but laid back down when a wave of pain flooded his head. "ow..fuck" he muttered.

"language." bad murmured, but stepped back to dream, looking at the bandage to make sure it was secure. he pushed dreams sleeves up to check his arms, only finding mild scrapes and bruises on his right side. his left arm was broken, probably from falling, or maybe being thrown into the basement. darryl glanced at clays face, which was covered by his right arm. "dream, i need to move your left arm."

"NO" dream grabs darryls arm with his own good arm. "please no- please" his eyes were wide.

"i know it hurts, but i have to" bad mumbled, feeling bad.

"bad please i cant even move it please dont touch it" clay practically begged. he couldnt imagine the pain of his arm being forced into place.

"dream, im sorry, i have to or it wont heal right." bad didnt want to hurt clay more, but he had to..

"fu-frick. fine.. just please go slow." he took a deep breath, and covered his face with his arm again.

bad grabbed his left forearm. "okay. on 3. 1. 2-" bad flicked his arm, moving the bone into place with a swift crack. clay bit his sleeve, his eyes watering.

"that wasnt 3, bad" his voice was muffled and pained.

"i know. im sorry." bad checked his legs, then looked at george, who was sitting against the wall, knees to his chest. "can you get me some sticks"

george nods and gets up, heading downstairs. patches settles on dreams stomach, and purrs at him. he gently pets her head, waiting for george to come back, while darryl sits and waits with him.

"you okay?" he asks, looking at his bandaged head.

"no, my head hurts lik-" he pauses, pressing his hand against his forehead "fucking hell- i cant.. i cant think with this stupid headache"

bad heard the cussing, but didnt say anything, instead he closes the curtains so its darker, and he places a cold washcloth on his head, and pulls the blanket over him. "is that better?" he asks quietly

"mm.. yeah.." dream mutters. he starts gently petting patches again, before george walks back in with sticks, silently handing them to bad.

"dream, im gonna lift your arm. stay still" bad gently lifts his arm as he nods. he slowly wraps bandages around a few times, before bracing the bone in place using sticks. "okay. that should be good."

"thanks bad.." dream mumbles, closing his eyes.

george and bad step out for a moment, before george steps in again, closing the door. he pulls the chair up to the bed, and gently grabs clays hand.

dream makes a noise of questioning, and cracks his eye open slightly to look at george.

"uhm.. can i sleep next to you tonight?" he asked meekly, rubbing his thumb along clays hands.

"mm. o'course..." he mumbles, yawning. "c'mere mm tired" (hm, of course. come here im tired)

george slides under the blanket next to him, curling up and resting his head on the blondes shoulder. "thanks" he whispers

"i love you gogy. no problem" dream whispers back.

"goodnight." george states, slowly drifting off to sleep, beside his boyfriend.

              next day

-----____________-----

clay woke up in a cold sweat, the feeling of hands on his arms making him panic. he tried pushing the hands off, but when he couldnt he opened his mouth to shout.

a hand covered his mouth, and he opened his eyes. it was dark, and he couldnt tell where he was. he tried to push the hands off again, his eyes blurry with tears.

"clay- its just me, calm down- please" a familiar voice stated, followed by a careful hug.

"g-george?" he stuttered, blinking the tears away.

"hey, its okay. your home." he murmured, still hugging clay gently.

"george- it was a nightmare- but it was so real.." he went silent, and took deep breaths. he wiped his eyes. "sorry."

"its okay. but everyone is still asleep, so please be quiet." he lit the lantern above their bed so they could see.

"mm.." clay wiped his eyes again, before looking at george. his face was red, and his eyes were slightly glossy. "george were you crying too?"

"hm? oh. uh..." he looked away for a moment. "yeah."

"wanna talk about it?"

george shook his head. "so. you feeling okay?"

he paused for a moment, and looked at his left arm. "i think so?" he slowly sat up, and smiled a bit. "yeah, ill be okay in a bit."

he smiled and helped clay up, knowing he would probably be dizzy from the headache. "ill find you a gapple, and you get to talk to wilbur."

"wilburs here?" he asked, slowly making his way down with gogy.

"mhm, he waited here because it got night. tommy and tubbo are here too."

"oh. okay"

george led dream into the living room next to the kitchen, where wilbur was playing guitar, and tubbo was drawing. tommy was watching wilbur play guitar. wil stopped when george walked in.

"ey, dreams awake! mornin!" he smiled

"uh. morning?" clay replied, sitting down.

"what song should i play?" he asked, strumming his guitar a few times. george walked out, leaving clay to listen to wilbur sing.

george grabbed a sheild and torch, and a sword, and headed out. he wandered, looking for a village or anything. after a while he came across a dessert temple, and carefully wandered in. he slowly dug down, removing the pressure plate and grabbing anything the the chests. he did find a gapple, but the problem was getting back home. he climbed back up, and looked around.

"fuck how did i get here-" he asked, glancing at the trees. he picked a direction and went, slowly making his way back, but not before getting jumped by a spider. the spider knocked him over, and he barely lifted his shield in time to block its venomous bite. he grabbed his stuff and ran, running home as fast as he could.
