Akira: It's so cold, I hope I get home soon...

It's late at night after school. I left the library 10 minutes ago to walk home. I clearly wasn't dressed for the weather, in my thin white long sleeve. The sky is clear and the moon is bright, I feel at ease with that at least. However that ease doesn't last.

As I walk through my neighborhood, a few blocks from my house I hear shouting. A man yelling at a woman, calling her horrible things and slurring his words.

???: Just get in the car you whore!

The woman offers feeble responses, clearly afraid. I feel a tinge of anger go through me. I've always been the selfless sort. As I continue walking, I see that I'm about to walk past the altercation and I see the man. I don't see his face, but I see the back of his head, he's bald and I can tell he's in a suit too. He reeks of alcohol.

???: Goddamnit just get in the car!

???: No! Get away!

I hasten myself to approach them.

Akira: (I can't let him do that!)

I run towards them and grab the mans arm to spin him around. When I do so, however, he stumbles. He falls over and hits his forehead on the ground. This being unintentional, I try and help him up but he pushes me away.

???: What the hell are you doing!? Do you know who I am!?

Akira: I didn't mean for you to fall. Ma'am you should go.

???: No! She doesn't go anywhere! She has to give a statement to police that you violently assaulted me. Right?

The woman looked terrified, but she shakily nodded her head yes. The police arrived at the same time, apparently someone else had called them. The rest of what happens is a blur, and I'm swiftly in a jail cell.

On the cold winter night, it's almost unbearable to be in the cell. The window is wide open and I can't close it. My time in the cell comes to an end when my rapid trial comes to an end. I'm found guilty, and shipped away from my quiet town all the way to Vale.

My parents were disappointed. They didn't believe me no matter what I said, they packed me up and sent me off.

I'm put up in an old coffee shop next to a shopping district. A place called Café LeBlanc. I'm supposed to find a guy named Sojiro Sakura, he's supposed to be my caretaker for now.

I arrive in the shopping district on a relatively nice Saturday morning. It's warm, but not hot, and has a nice breeze. The sky is mostly clear and pretty, and it's a good day to walk around. Sadly I'm supposed to be at LeBlanc by noon.

I scour the area, looking for the cafe, it have no luck. I decided to try my hand at asking some people around.

Cop: No, never heard of it.

Tourist: That's that one hole in the wall place mentioned in my blog! I'm not sure where it is though...

Eventually, I find a delivery driver who mentions where it is when I ask.

Driver: Oh, LeBlanc? It's just a couple streets over. Keep left, can't miss it.

Akira: Thank you, I appreciate it.

Driver: No problem kid.

I follow his directions and find myself there in no time, a real homey feel to the place. Somewhere you can relax. As I walk in I'm greeted by an older gentleman.

???: Hey, what can I do for you?

Akira: I'm looking for Sojiro Sakura?

Sojiro: Oh, you must be Akira. Come on, I'll show you to your room.
