At 9:00 I wake up with the feel of a ghostly draft.... "Hey big sis" Emily's voice announces her presence "hey lookie what I just happened upon last night!" I say as I hold out the necklace. "Really you just 'happened upon' it?" "Yeah that and a bruise" which she didn't catch because she was staring at the necklace like its some kind of god.
"I think there is suppose to be five total" Emily explains "lets just hope that the next few locations there are no bricks lying around! If there is Ill just make Derek go before me..." I say mischievously thinking of how I would explain that to Derek when he woke up... "Wait am I missing something who's Derek?" She asks confused "never-mind that I want check out aunt Sophie's room" "what for?" She asks once again looking confused.
" a clue" I say not bothering to explain as I make my way to aunt Sophie's room. Standing in front of her door I slowly open the door to find the room of a clean freak. I step cautiously onto her cream colored floor afraid of what I might find. After assessing her room I decide to check her dresser first.
"Emily check the desk" I say rummaging through Aunt Sophia's drawers, not even knowing what to look for. After finding all of her clothes and unspeakable's I decide that there is nothing in her draws that will help me. I look around wondering where she would put something she wants to hide.... well if it was me I put it under my bed, so I get down on my knees to look under her bed. Wow.... Didn't actually think that was going to work.
"Emily I think I might have found something" I say as I pull out a photo box. Its not that photos are suspicious its just that Aunt Sophia shows off all of her pictures and I have never seen this box before. I open it like a goblin or something is going to pop out, and find pictures of what looks like my Mom, Dad, Aunt Sophia and someone I don't know. I turn the picture around and find names, Melissa (Mom), Peter (Dad), Sophia and Andrew Bates. "Riley look its the guy trying to get the book! they must have been friends or something" this puts some things into perspective but then others into chaos.
