SUNDAY
"Here's the key to your apartment."
You took the key from the landlady and thanked her.
"Please don't lose it. I've had enough dealing with that grumpy locksmith because of that damn clumsy renter before you."
You nodded nervously, because you're quite clumsy as well. "Don't worry, ma'am. I will take full responsibility of it. And this room too."
The landlady looked at you up and down, then you heard the clicking sound of her tongue as she left. "Young people nowadays."
Now left only you and the apartment room. You worked as an elementary school teacher, and you moved to a city for your requested posting job on another school.
To sum up, you're going to be the new teacher in a new school.
Back to your current situation, you headed down to the lobby after making sure the electricity works pretty well and the furnitures are in good condition. You let out a heavy sigh upon seeing the boxes with the size almost as half as your whole figure.
To your relief, the apartment had not just one but two elevators unlike like some old apartment of no single elevator.
You looked around, hoping that there will be a kind person to lend you a hand in helping you with your stuff. A half an hour of waiting, you got no luck on getting the help you need.
"Welp, I guess I'll just have to bring these up myself then." You squat down and lifted a lighter box.
It took you three trips to move your stuff from lobby to your room, and you already sweating as if you had just done with a marathon.
Two more boxes, and they're the heaviest. "Man... I should've throw away some of my useless things before. So much for 'memorable' valuable."
As you were standing there, thinking on how you're going to move the remaining boxes without even risking your muscles, you were approached by two tall men.
Slowly you looked up, and gasped to see those good-looking faces in front of you.
"You need help, miss?"
"Pft... why are you even asking? Of course she needs help, genius. Can't you see the way she look at these boxes like she's plotting a murder on them?"
"You just don't know how to shut up, do you? Ugh so annoying."
The first guy on the left rolled his eyes after he got roasted by the guy next to him. Not gonna lie, it was kind of entertaining to watch that little argument.
"Sorry about that. He's just being so loud even with a stranger." The first guy apologized.
You shook your head as you chuckled. "Nah it's fine."
"We didn't mean to disturb you or anything. It seems that you're having quite the trouble with your stuff, so we're happy to help." He scratched the back of his neck. "If you don't mind."
Your face lightened up by the offer, and not just one but two. "Really??"
He nodded and lifted one box while the guy who nags a lot picked the other box.
You clasped your hands, touched by the kindness shown to you. "Alright, alright. Follow me."
Upon reaching to your apartment room, the guy with such buff torso shocked as soon as all of you arrived in front of your door. "Your room is here??"
