I wake up to the sound of shouting. Perhaps at the TV because it sounds like more than one person. I wonder who Storm has over.
I get up and fix the bed, fold up the blanket I used and slide on my PINK flip flops. I tie my hair into a simple messy bun and headed off downstairs.
When Storm had seen me he introduced me to his friend Corey. And I shall tell you... The guy is HOT?!! I mean wow, his parents had fun hey. Lol.

"Hi, I'm Corey" he said as he held out his hand in for a shake. I hesitated at first but then shook his hand and greeted back. It felt awkward standing there but then he walked back to the game.
Storm was just standing there smiling at me. He better stop cause I might just pee. I reach out for a hug and he hugs back. Oh my word he gives the best hugs. Don't get me wrong though, Corey is cute but Storm is wayyy better.
"You missed me?" he asked and I just smile and nod. Disturbingly, Corey pops up a question that I think I've been thinking about all day, "yall wanna go to a house party?" "Who's party is it?" Storm asked. "Some shawty at school, one of the cheers" Corey answered. Storm just nodded.
I'm sure the look on my face seemed confusing because Storm spoke up. "You ok babe cakes?". I just giggle and say I'm good. "I need a new outfit, wanna go shopping?" Corey asked in a girly diva voice. We all laugh and head out same time into Storm's car. Since Corey rode with him and didn't have his car here. So we headed off to the mall.
So we got to the mall and Corey went straight into SPITZ. I took a look at everything around. When we got to the counter I found out that the manager was his mother and she gave him a pair of the latest Lacoste takkies. It was cute really.
She greeted Storm and I and offered me a box. I really didn't want to take it but she insisted and when I opened up I found a cute pair of Carvela takkies. I tried my best to refuse the offer but she told me it's already paid for.
When we got out after greeting her goodbye, I'm sure Storm saw the look on my face because he asked "Did I do something wrong?" I just rolled my eyes at him and thanked him for the shoes because I knew that if I argued it wouldn't end.
"So where to next bro?" Storm asked Corey. He was staring at me in a you-need-to-change-your-outfit look and his one eyebrow was raised. "I think Zuri needs an outfit too you know. Just something comfortable" He says and I told them I'm comfortable but we went into Sportscene anyway.
Storm got him some new Air Force 1s and a black Nike tracksuit. He didn't have to fit it on because he knew his size and since Corey and him were regular customers, they got 30% off.
Nothing there gave me a vibe to buy anything else since I already had almost every item in my closet. "May we go to Forever21?" I asked nicely and we all headed to there.
While I was checking out this one short black dress that caught my eye, a girl - who by the way was gorgeous - walked up to Storm. I felt a bit jealous but then I went to fit on the dress in one of the fitting rooms.
I took snaps and then changed into my own clothes then walked out the fitting room to a very much pissed off Storm and Corey was trying to calm him down.
I didn't ask about it, just showed them the snaps and they agreed. Corey asked if I was wearing that with the Carvs and I said yeah so we paid for the dress and a few jewels then left the mall since we all had what we needed.
We had 3 hours left before we could head out to the party. I didn't know anyone but it was cool because I was Storm's plus one.
During the waiting period, I cooked up a little meal so we could hold our stomachs before we head out.
Just then. A knock came at the door and Corey answered it. "Hey shawdy, whatcha doin' here?" He said as he gave her a peck on her lips. He let her in and walked to the kitchen to introduce me to her.
That's when I found out about his girlfriend. I swear calling her cute was an understatement. She's soooooooo gorgeous. Even more gorgeous than the girl from Forever21. I wonder who that girl was.
I set out 4 plates and we began to dig in after Corey said grace cause he took a bite of the chicken before praying.
