Riding to school in the morning, Draco left the helmet in a back alley by the orphanage because, he'd rather have his dick cut off than be seen dead in a bright pink thing on his head. It was a weird feeling, but Draco felt eyes following him everywhere and then something strange happened too. The dogs began to bark, along with the cars hitting something that wasn't even there.

Shaking it off, Draco continued on until he reached the school. It was a day like normal: form, lessons, break, lessons, lunch, then lesson.

Being openly gay is not a thing people are in England. So, he met his boyfriend in secret, and were seen as the best of friends to everyone else. Exiting the school, Draco just couldn't shake the sense he was being followed... At one point he turned his head so quickly it could have snapped off and swore he saw a figure just pop away.

"See you tomorrow?" Draco's secret boyfriend Lewis asked looking at him with enchanting, dark blue eyes. They were almost the same height, Draco an inch or so taller (you could barely tell the difference).

The boy smiled, "Who said we need to say goodbye now?" Going to his bike, Lewis had two black bike helmets clipped around the bar to the seat. Beaming at his boyfriend, he kissed Lewis on the lips (looking first in case there were people) and took the helmet. "I'll get helmet hair though!" Draco complained, huffing as Lewis laugh as he adjusted the helmet on the blonde's head.

"Oh whatever." Lewis rolled his eyes fondly and Draco smiled, holding tight onto Lewis as they speedily rode down the roads so they were not seen.

Arriving at Lewis' house, the boys took their helmets off, racing into the house from the garage- Lewis' parents work away a lot.

They spent time cuddled on the sofa together, watching the small box TV, a thick blanket draped over them. Lewis had his head rested on Draco's shoulder with Draco's hand over Lewis holding him close. The blonde boy could only wish this would be forever.

"Here's a question: Eric or Shawn?" Lewis asked him, playing with the hem of Draco's shirt.

"Mm..." He hummed, taking time to think on the question, "I'd say Eric."

"Really?"

"Eric at least has some sort of maturity!" Laughed Draco and Lewis sat up, but still leant against the blonde's side.

"Shawn." Declared Lewis like he was right. "He's misunderstood, has a broken childhood," Lewis shrugged, "I'm sympathetic for him."

"Mhm, that's why you like me huh?" Smirked Draco, leaning in to kiss Lewis on the lips and so did the other teen.

"That, and your incredible hair." Lewis smiled, pecking Draco on the lips and then ran his hands through that hair, "I mean seriously, who has hair as blonde as yours?"

"Blonde hair with a sob story, weird type but glad I fit the bill." Lewis rolled his eyes. "Imbecilic with a big house, for me. So you tick all the boxes." Draco smirked and Lewis hit him in the arm lightly.

They stayed like that for a while. Draco rested on Lewis and Lewis rested on Draco. Watching TV in the otherwise blissful silence and precious company. Draco desperately wanted to change the channel but, like everyone, he was too lazy to grab the remote. "Lew, can I have a drink?" He asked, looking up at his boyfriend.

He sighed, "The things I do for you." Lewis got up, walking into the kitchen to get Draco a glass of water. Once the boy was out the room, Draco put his hand up and focused on the remote. It came flying to his hand. Lewis walked back in, none the wiser.

"Draco" the boy heard a whisper in his ear. He snuggled closer to the warmth beneath him. "Dray" the whisper came again along with stroking fingers in his hair. "Wake up, come on." Grumbling, Draco's eyes fluttered open. Embarrassed, he turned bright pink.

Sighing, he kissed goodbye to his boyfriend and walked outside the door. Just as he walked down the path to get on his bike, an owl perched itself on the handle of his bike.

A white snowy owl hooted as he drew closer. "Hey, girl." Draco whispered, tentatively bringing his finger to stroke their feathers. "You're way too beautiful to be from around here, aren't you?" She happily cooed into his palm.

"I don't have any food. Why don't you fly back to your owner?" She nipped his finger and he yelped. "I'm not saying you're not amazing company! Just, your owners probably missing you.

"Speaking of: where's your name, huh?" He ran his hands around her neck to check for anything but nothing was there.

All street lights as far as he could see turned off. Panic rose faster than the first wave of a tsunami. Breathing heavily, his eyes darted back and forth from the street but he could only see the blur of white from his bike.

Now he wished he had the helmet.

"Go!" He told the bird. "Get off the handle!" But she wouldn't budge. Pressure surrounded his chest. Everything was going weird today. Everything.

And he was beginning to think it wasn't a coincidence. "Shoo!" He shook the bars but her grip tightened.

Pain throbbed the back of his head and everything went dark.
