It was a normal day. I had my regular coffee, which I had every morning. It was an iced Caramel latte with extra ice. It always kept me running throughout the day. Tomorrow was the big day. I get to go to my first Gala EVER! My cousin Tiffany was getting an award for the most raised money in her company (Cure For The Kids). She invited me to join her so I had to look perfect! Today I am getting prepared so I look better than everyone else in the Gala. I am going to get my nails, hair, and eyebrows done. Then I'm going to get fitted for a dress I picked out. It was a white dress with purple accents and my heels are purple. I have an appointment at 2:30 p.m. to get my nails done. I got in the car and was on my way. I am getting purple nails with white stripes and one nail is going to be clear with purple flowers. A couple of hours passed by and I got my hair and eyebrows done, I also got fitted. Now I just have to wait for tomorrow. I looked so beautiful and yet I still felt like I was missing something.
