James Clack is well known as the best and deadly mercenary in all of Gotham, All criminals respect and fear as they nickname him Baba Yaga/ The Boogy Man. Heros and law enforcement try to take him down but fail to either they're injured or dead.
Though James is not heartless he's kind to others when it's not on the job or criminals and he has a few friends. One of his best friends is Harley Quinn, he was capture by Amanda Waller and forced to work with a team of criminals to stop this evil that happens in New York, first he didn't like Harley but he eventually got used to her and call her friend he helped he through hard times even her breakups with the Joker.
