A huge applause was heard throughout the room. Chanhee, who was sitting next to me, had a bright smile displayed on his face.

"Wow, this drama even has me in tears," Hyunjun said as he wiped his tears.

Jieun shook her head, "Literally, Jian was such a-"

"We should celebrate the success of the drama, no?" Chanhee asked, eyes contented with the success of the drama.

"Yes! Drinks on me!" Jieun got up and started tugging on Hyunjun's arm. I smile as Chanhee starts dragging me to wherever Jieun was taking Hyunjun.

We ended up drinking at Jieun's place, Chanhee and I leaving after Hyunjun and Jieun started getting too drunk. Instead of heading home, Chanhee and I walked to a small playground that was nearby. We both walk to the swings and we situate ourselves on them. We sat with no chatter, until Chanhee finally said something.

"Hoon, just because we don't shoot anymore or have much promotions together, promise me that you won't forget me. You're getting so popular now, and getting super busy that we no longer have time to waste on each other. So, I want you to promise me this one thing, okay?"

Chanhee takes his hand out of his pocket and raises it towards me, his pinky sticking up.

I laugh at how cute he was, and connect our pinkies, "I promise to never forget about you, Choi Chanhee."

He smiles, and maybe because it was the lighting from the lampposts or possibly because we drank a little, but it seemed that Chanhee had a small blush on his face as well.

I get up from the swing after some time passed in silence.

"Come on, we have to wake up tomorrow for our last photo shoot."

He sighs and got up.

"Mind if I crash at your place tonight? I'll tell my new manager in advance."

"Fine, let's go."

It's been over a year since I last saw Chanhee in person. The most recent time we met was for our last photo shoot together. We both grew in popularity and I continued to act, whereas Chanhee had settled down to just modeling, but he ended up debuting as a solo artist by releasing his first mini album. Although I wasn't able to support his debut physically, I supported him by sending him encouragement through messages and promoting him on my social media.

Luckily, today was my day off and it was his birthday. I was going to surprise him by picking him up from his gig and spending the day with him.

I was currently in my car, driving while I was live on Instagram.

"Okay guys, I'm almost at my destination. I will tell you what I'm doing when I see it."

I park at the location his manager had sent me, and right as I got there, I can see Chanhee waiting outside. He was probably expecting for his manager to show up any minute now.
