"Sorry kid. It takes a quirk to be a hero. So I don't think you can be a hero. It's ok to dream but you need to think realistically. But it's ok to have dreams." All Might said before flying of the roof leaving a 13 year old boy standing on the roof. And that boy is Izuku Midoryia, a person who doesn't have a quirk. He sits on the roof with a blank expression knowing that all his hope was gone. All the past bullying and insults swirled in his head.

Izuku's POV
Ha you knew all along you couldn't be a hero. You just couldn't face reality. What do I do now? I arrive at my house and knock on the door. My mom opens it and leads me inside. We ate katsudon for dinner which is my favorite. I smile and excuse myself from the table. I go to my room and put my bag down. I get my phone out of my bag and sit at my desk. I watch some YouTube and I end up at Google. I get an idea and search Quirkless that became heroes and I get no results. I also search about the quirkless and I see that people really hate the quirkless and want them to disappear and calling them a waste of oxygen. I sigh and see an article that caught my eye: Vigilantes - Villains or Heroes? I click on it and it explained what are vigilantes and I check the comments section and I see this:
GamingwithNeon - I know that vigilantes do good however they still are breaking the law and need to be stopped.
SailingSakura - I think a little differently actually. Me and my little brother were about to get robbed but a vigilante swooped in and saved us. I think they should not be called villains.
MikumoAki - I think so too. Vigilantes do good for the people and are inspiring for the people who are put down. I think that vigilantes are good or maybe even better than the heroes.
Better than the heroes hm? Well All Might did tell me I couldn't be a hero but what's stopping me from being a vigilante? No one! So what if it's not legal?
