Proverbs 31:8-9 (NLT)
[8] Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those who are perishing. [9] Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice.
One of the most powerful weapons you have is your voice. God gave it to you to operate as he does. From the beginning, the Lord said let there be. It is that same creating power that has been presented to us. We are to speak as he speaks. Jesus spoke for us when we had no voice to save us, now we must use that same voice to speak for those who can't and even won't. The children, the disabled, the rebellious, the confused, the unjustly treated. Your voice must ring for righteousness at all cost.
1. Pray for God's direction. 2. Refuse to remain silent in the face of injustice. 3. Deny silence before a holy God, and give Him praise. 4. Demand justice for the unrighteously accused.
