(Y/n)'s POV

While doing the surch for Touya, I managed to recommend myself to UA high, the process is weard and complicated but I managed it anyway. On the way to the UA recommendation exam I saw Shia, she was walking to the same place as me, UA high. I cought up to Shia.

Y/n: so you are basically in UA already, I mean you're smart strong and beauti- I mean strong willed.

Shia: why are you even going to UA, your already a pro.

Y/n: meh it's for shits and giggles.

Shia: sounds like fyumi, she became a teacher for the exact same reason.

Y/n: maybe I should hire a live in maid, it would surely make things easier.

Shia: NO! I mean, um you can't, men with maid's tend to be less attractive, except for to their maid, try a butler, it will multiply your sex appeal by 10.

Y/n: your pretty defensive about other girls getting near me... do you have a crush on me?

Shia: like I'd have a crush on a no good American.

Y/n: actually I'm Canadian.

Her face lit up.

I felt my face go red, I've always had a thing for Canadians, and now it makes sense why he always wears plaid and flannel.

Shia: hay after the exam wanna go to a Canadian food place and eat?

He put his finger on his chin.

Y/n: humm, it's been a while since I had putein, hopefully they sell the ghost pepper putein like they do in Quebec.

Shia: I heard they have killer pancakes.

Y/n: Is it real maple syrup?

His stern face scared me.

Shia: I think so, hold on let me text Natsuo.

I text my brother and he texts back that it's real maple syrup from Canada.

Shia: it's real.

We arrive at UA and go to our exams, in the practical exam he came 2nd and I came 3ed and some jackass with a wind quirk came first.
