Ouch... once again I fell on the floor beside my bed with just a towel wrapped around me. Wow, The towel is so fluffy, I wish I could sleep a little but unfortunately, I can't.
I groaned and struggled to sit on my bed. Obviously, the hot shower hasn't done a great job of waking me up. Just then I received a call from my best friend Lava as in Lavanya.
"Are you awake? If not may God help me, I swear I will drag you with whatever you are wearing you, idiot. I don't know what I am gonna do with you. I don't even know whether everyone is up." Lava kept on blabbering with her rants and not giving me time to answer her questions.
I sighed at her rants and she shouted, " God! Are you there or not you better fuc.." Too much to handle so I cut her off.
"Well, good morning to you and Can you please stop with your rants with me and wake up the rest. For god's sake girl, it's just 6 in the morning!" I exclaimed at her.
" Yes, I know! and you guys gave away the responsibility for today's plan and I want us to enjoy our day. Am I asking you to prepare a space ship? No, I just asked you to wake up early for once in your life and get ready for the day!" She exclaimed at me while I heard shuffling through the phone. She must be so nervous. I wonder why?
" Just calm down, okay. Take deep breaths, I can understand but why me and most importantly why do I need get ready so soon?" I groaned at her but I know better not to ask that question.
" I am just gonna pretend that you haven't said that but for your kind information we leave at 8 a.m. and you take your own sweet time to get ready and remember TODAY is Nisha's engagement which is at 11 a.m in the morning. If we are late, It's on you girl." She remained of me of today's engagement Program.
Yes, Today is our bestie Nisha's engagement and our gang consists of 4 girls and 3 boys that is me, Lavanya, Nisha, Razima, Varun, Ram, and Ben. We are all best friends since school. We might have got into different colleges and jobs but we made sure we are still connected and hang out in our leisure time.
