The two went back to Reaper's home and they saw Reaper's brother and Life talking to a Gaster. Papyrus and Tori greeted the two and then continued to talk with the doctor.
Reaper was getting bored and spotted a clipboard that the Gaster was holding. He snatched it and Papyrus tried to get it back. While running, Reaper looked at the clipboard and read it.
Reaper slowed down and stopped when he saw his name on it and it said that he was diagnosed: Imaginary Friend.
Reaper got confused and Life showed the picture Papyrus took earlier evening. It was the picture Papyrus took when Reaper met Geno but Geno wasn't there in the picture. Papyrus and Life faced Gaster and apologized by Reaper taking his clipboard. Reaper however, was trying to Geno was real. He was even shaking Geno and trying to show them. But they couldn't see him, they taught Geno was only an imaginary friend.
When the three looked back at Reaper, they no longer found him there and all fell worried. Life and Papyrus began to call out Reaper but no response...
