*Ding Dong*

I get up and look at my door to see if it was a package. But it was just the mailman, I open the door and they give me a letter, which looked like a invitation to something. I open it up and close the door as I read out the words.

'Dear Fellow astronauts,

We are looking for 10 people to help work at a new space ship called The Skeld! Please gather at the Space Fair which opens next week if you want to apply for a position in our new space ship, hope you will come!

Dear, Light Blue.'

A new space ship?! This is what I've been training for! I need to get ready right now! I run out of my house and head towards the fair, but I forgot it happens in one week.

One week Later

At the Space Fair

So many people are here, I'm never going to get chosen, but after a long time of waiting I finally got the sheet where they decide who's the most best for the job, I fill out the form honestly and they all give us the results on a bulletin board.

Orange

Lime
Dark Green

Red.'

I, actually, made it?

"YES!" I scream as people roll their eyes and glare at me, I stop cheering and people lead us to our travel to the space ship, I sit in the back but one of the people chosen sat next to me.

"Hi!" They wave at me hoping they'd get my attention. I look at them after a minute and they smile.

"Hi! I'm Blue! And this is my son Dark Blue!" The person holds up their child and the child has no emotion.

"Why are you bringing children to space?" I ask looking at the child.

"It said you can bring only one thing along with you! And my son always said he wanted to be like Daddy! So I brought him along!" Blue smiles and I sigh.

"I didn't know that, but, hey, I'm Red." I put out my hand and he shakes it violently.

"Hey! Don't pull my arm off!" I pull away and Blue scratches the back of his head.

"Sorry about that. Well, I'll talk to you after we land!" Blue sits across from me as we buckle up and the travel began. It was rough at first but after all the bumps and almost dying, they opened the doors to the entrance of the new spaceship.

"Woah!" I hear someone say

"Wow!" Another one says.

"This is so cool!" I hear Blue say. He grabbed his child and held him in his arms. The child would whine and Blue put him down as Blue explored the area as the child followed.

I entered the space ship and it was huge! There was 5 tables with food on them, there was 3 different hallways as I saw Blue walk inside one, I was standing there for a while someone fell on top of me and I sighed.

"Hey! Get off me!" I yell as they do what I say.

"S-sorry! I didn't see you there." She has a shaky voice, and she has a cherry on her head.

"It's fine." I look away as she was looking down.

"You seem like the quiet type." I say as she flinched.

"Oh, y-yeah I'm not usually the talker in my w-world." She said.

"Well, I'm Red, what's your name?" I held out my hand and she shake sit softly.

"I'm Pink." She smiled. She walked away waving to me as I introduced myself to others.

"I'm Purple! I hope we can be friends on this adventure!"

"Hey, Im Black, and find me if I'm a little clumsy, that's just me sometimes!"

"I'm not going to share my name you ignorant devil! Oh, you want to hear it so you get out of my way, fine. I'm Yellow, now get out of here you slimy pig!"

"I'm Carrot! But also known as Orange, but call me Carrot, hehe."

"I'm Lime, and don't trip and fall on your face and break your glass, and always wear a mask!"

"I'm Dark Green, and I still don't know how this egg stays on my head even though it's cracked and it's showing the yolk."

"I'm Brown, and sometimes I get called a teddy bear because of these ears! I had them since I was a little whipper snapper! Now, respect your elders!"

After I finish getting everyone's names, I try to find my room, but there is none. I guess I'll just sleep in Medbay, they have some beds. I walk inside and go to sleep for today, we need to start working tomorrow.

As I closed my eyes, red started flashing on and off and a alarm was shouting through the whole ship. I sat up and looked around. Everyone was rushing to the cafeteria as I got out of the room and followed everyone. Blue pulled a lever and the alarm went off, then someone appeared on our window, it was a TV too!? But, their face wasn't visible

"Hello crew mates, looks like your all here so I might as well get to the point. Me and my fellow co-owners have accidentally released a evil force called, the Impostor, it will corrupt one of you and you must stop it before it's to late, I don't have much time! Our pod is about to cra-"

The video went blank as all we can hear was smashing noises the video stopped. We got shown our window again.

"The Impostor? What are they talking about?" Purple asks scratching her chin.

"Maybe we shouldn't worry about it to much, we need to start working tomorrow. That's all we need to focus on." Yellow said crossing his arms, we all nodded as we all went our separate ways. Some of us went to med bay, and some of us went to other things. I close my eyes and I wait for tomorrow.
