Danganronpa OC Story: A Memorble Sacrifice - Gundham Tanaka x OC

A/N: This story is a role play I was allowed to write (author who allowed me to write this role play mentioned here, Amber200628 ,) please go give them some support cause they write good stuff! Also I apologise for not updating recently, as I've been busy with school and home stuff and writers block. But I thank you for still reading!

This story will follow my OC Azaki Shigitari and her crush Gundham Tanaka through the killing game in a scene where Azaki is about to see Gundham Tanaka get executed for killing Nekomaru (or at this point, Mechamaru) and he shares with her his last request to her before he will take his final breath.

Azaki's POV
It was approaching the end of the final argument about the 4th murder in the Funhouse at Grape tower, but my friend, my crush, Gundham Tanaka was being pointed to as the blackened and I felt a sticky yet watery liquid falling from my eyes;
Tears were falling from my peach pink skin as I was being told that someone I had truly cared about was the murderer of Nekomaru Nidai (or Mechamaru).

As Hajime Hinata was coming to his final verdict, I kept giving pleading eyes to Gundham, to plead him to tell Hajime that he was wrong, that it wasn't true, I didn't even know what his motive was or why he chose Mechamaru as his victim. As Hajime had reached the end of his argument, Gundham admitted that he was indeed the murderer of this case. I couldn't believe anything I was hearing, I couldn't begin to wonder why he did what he did. But I wasn't the only one who couldn't believe what was happening, Sonia Nevermind, was also very close to Gundham, as we would hang out together because of Gundham's villain background he gave himself, we both loved talking about animals and both Sonia and I enjoyed hearing his stories about his adventures and his four dark devas of destruction. I had to speak up! "You have to be wrong! There's no way Gundham would kill anyone! He wouldn't hurt a fly!" I protested, everyone was shocked to see me talk after being silent since the end of the final argument. "Azaki's right! You must be wrong! Gundham, he is wrong, right?" Sonia asked our friend. "Azaki.... Sonia.... I'm sorry my friends, but the mortal is correct. I did indeed murder Nekomaru." Gundham calmly stated."Please, Vote for me and you shall forever be in my debt." Gundham pleaded Sonia and I.

After the votes were cast, Sonia and I did as Gundham said and the votes were correct. "Gundham..... Why... why did you kill Nekomaru?" Sonia had sadly asked him with tears in her eyes. "Please Gundham, Why did you kill him, please tell us." I added to Sonia's statement. "If you think I killed him in cold blood, you are wrong, I killed him because we were sacrifices." Gundham explained but we were still confused, what did he mean by 'sacrifice'? "Sacrifices? What do you mean?" Sonia asked. " Very well, I'll go into more detail for you my friends. As Hajime said, I was indeed the first to find out the secret of the funhouse, and from there I had devised a killing plan, when I met up with Nekomaru I was pleased to see him ready to fight for his life, so we both agreed to be the sacrifices to start the killing game again, in order for you all to fight on and survive! Because the very thought of dying without fighting for your life is simply disturbing and infuriating to me! So whoever became the blackened would start the killing game again for all of you to live once more, instead of giving in to starvation and inevitable death."
I was in shock to hear those words that Gundham had said, initially he was supposed to be the killer, but Nekomaru fought back and both of them agreed one of them would be the blackened to start up the killing game again and help us fight with survival. "Gundham......" was all Sonia and I could say.

"Oh jeez! Enough of the sob story, it's now coming to the fun part!" Monokuma had shouted. I wasn't ready for what was about to happen, but before Gundham could be executed he had said this to Sonia and I, "Sonia.. Azaki.. could you both do a favour for me before I pass?" Gundham asked. "Of course Gundham! What's wrong?" I asked, hoping to spend more time with him to tell him how I felt. "When I have officially passed, I will need someone to take care of my dark devas for me, would you both be able to take care of them? Sonia may keep them in her cottage but of course Azaki can also take them to help feed them and such. As expected of the Ultimate Princess and the Ultimate Zoologist." Gundham had asked us, hoping we will take care of them. Sonia and I exchanged looks, smiling and nodding to each other we agreed to take full responsibility of the devas.
"Monokuma! Let us begin!" Gundham had shouted for the last time. "Ok, let's go! It's PUNISHMENT TIMEEEE!!" As Gundham had left I forgot to confess my feelings towards him, but Sonia had said that she also love him so we decided to say our final goodbyes together and together in unison said;

We love you Gundham Tanaka. ❤️
